This is an excellent chair for support for the back. The arm rests are also very good. All round an excellent chair.

Product is good,but had to expand on one of the slots and get it filed out, as it was not aligned.And had to source that on my own.Company did offer to call on line assistance but sorted it out myself.

I bought it to use it while working from home. I was looking for a chair similar to the ones we have at the office (worth £900). In spite of the chaotic price difference, this product is an reliable, cheaper substitute of an expensive office chair. For its price category it is comfortable and easy to assemble, with the key (screw driver) for the screws included in the package. Big advantage that it is very adjustable, although armrests do not move right-left. But it was all clearly described on the website, so it met my expectations. The back is also very adjustable (up-/down- wards) and the seat is thick and comfortable. It came much earlier than expected! Important information: seller's customer service is excellent.

Really happy with my Flash office chairs. Bought two on an Amazon Lightning deal and they both arrived very quickly. Very easy to assemble and now both my wife and I are comfortable whilst working in our home office.

So, looks ok. Obviously not a top price product. Gas cylinder cover was cracked on arrival - not a big deal but speaks to the product’s quality. As for comfort, nice enough but not very adjustable. I’m 6ft 1” tall and even with the seat at max height it’s only just tall enough. It will do for lockdown use and I’ll probably get 18mths out of it

I bought this chair to replace a broken one. The advertised chair height isn't as advertised - its one inch lower. The chair is very comfortable, great value for money (if you ignore the height issue) and I love it however its lower than advertised, even when fully extended.

This chair looks good and comfy but one of the controls doesn’t work, the seat is curved around the edges meaning that you are constantly sliding towards the middle of the seat and having to lean back in order to rest on the backrest. I can’t physically sit up straight without consciously holding myself in place - very frustrating. I’ll be looking for another chair, once I can justify spending this kind of money to be disappointed lol

La he usado a diario durante un mes y no he tenido problemas de que se desajuste o se sienta floja. Si estás buscando algo que te de soporte lumbar y comodidad sin gastar mucho está es la silla.

My husband works from home 8+ hours a day and was having issues with a previous chair giving him back pains. This chair solved this with its lumbar support, adjustable seatback (height and angle), and all of the other adjustable components. The mesh backing helps with cooling. The armrests adjust to the perfect height and provide the support needed. The chair was very easy to assemble and seems to be very sturdy. I like the construction of the seat bottom. Everything looks like it should give him years of use. The only weak point if there is one is the casters. They may be good but are the only parts that feel of lower quality and can easily be replaced with better quality. I recommend this chair and will definitely look at this brand when making future purchases.

Absolutely loved the chair when it came in, saw some online reviews referring to this office chair being a great bang for your buck. Unfortunately, after just a month of regular use, I can confidently say this was a complete waste of money. The chair's padding has lost its shape and squish, meaning you feel the plastic underside after around 15 minutes of sitting. Obviously bodyweight may impact this, but I don't think I'm unreasonably heavy. This occured to me while weighing 87KG (around 200lbs) which is totally fine for a male at 185cm (6ft1) tall. The product does describe it's made for people my size, so it's a bummer to say the least.
