are the sizes true to size,do they rub on your knuckles

I got size M which a bit big on me but it is not a problem as I can wear over gloves in winter, otherwise the velcro keeps them in place. Mens sizes are slightly bigger so based on that, I'd say true to size.

A pair. Pretty well made too,I use mine for walking the dog…keeps my hands fairly warm but enough finger dexterity to pick up his mess
