Yes it does. It plugs in and has a on/off toggle switch. So it’s down to the user how long you want on for.

Q: Replacment bulbs for this item

It's really simple. Just undo one side of the the cage by the screws on top of the appliance. (Make sure its the side directly in front of the bulbs and not the side with the 'zapper' part between the bulb and cage.) The bulbs then just simply lift out and replaced the same way. It really is that simple. :-)
