It a okay PTZ cam, certainly better than most, too bad you can’t get support for software updates.
It does better than most, though better to purchase a supported model from a valid dealer where you can receive software updates. This PTZ can does support tracking though its hit and miss on how well that actually works. Night mode works okay but it can’t focus very well the last 15% of zooming in unless you have an external light source in the area you are trying to view which is a limit of the IR LEDs. I’m subtle the model with the laser ir illuminator preforms better.Updates would be useful for enhancements in the analytics as I’m sure they improve over time with feed back. Would be nice if zones could be turned on/off according to whether or not the camera is in night mode, or if they could be turned on/off depending on external input.

Well worth the money, especially compared to an Axis equivalent.
This is an awesome camera for the price. The auto tracking is horrid. I upgraded the firmware, did extensive research, and basically discovered that Dahua isn't spending the necessary time to rough, and fine tune their tracking software.

4MP video at 30fps
There are many adjustable video settings. The most useful ones are shutter speed & shutter priority mode which help capturing moving car license plate. The camera works with QNAP surveillance station and can also be controlled using HTTP API. Note that this does not come with built-in microphone or speaker. Overall a high quality product and worth the price

High quality outdoor PTZ Camera.
Highly recommended. I purchased this camera for home security/surveillance. Initial setup is fairly straightforward once the necessary tools are downloaded and plug-ins are installed. Build quality is solid. PTZ functions are smooth and fast.
