Product was in good packaging alon with supporting software CD and cable.I wanted to replace the operating software and called them regarding that, there response was quick and up to the satisfaction.

HiThis is my honest review of my REO Pentium PC ,After completion of 10 months with no problems I am writing this review,This PC does out standing performance I really like it, I have just added 8GB RAM in my PC.But I feel that it should have more space to install a good graphics card.Find below my ratings out of 1 - 101. Design of the PC Slim - 82. Processor speed - 9 ( Coz it is not like a normal Pentium processor but It is Pentium Gold 7th Gen )3. Mother Board features - 9 ( For Gaming and Editing we can use this board)4. For Gaming - 7 ( I will give 7 Star, coz it does ok performance without graphics card )5. For Editing Graphics ( Ps. Ai. Id ) - 7 ( If we put Graphics card it may vary )6. For Office Use - 9.57. For Student Studies - 9.58. Service / Trouble shooting - 9.5 ( At my sight )9. Value for Money - 9.510. Power On /Off Time - less than 30- 40 SecI had faced the Audio driver issue when received the computer, the audio front panel is not working due to OS change to Win 10.I just call them, One gentle man mended my issue with remote in just 15 minsThen still it is working perfectly with no issuesThanks Mr. Gentle man ( I don't remember your name )Thank REO Computers

Smoothly working
The product is exactly as per the description given. Its design is very elegant, work smoothly. Using it heavily for the last around 10 days and I didn't find any flaw to be mentioned here. Hv loaded window 10 and office 19 successfully as well and it is working smoothly.
