The Amazon picture doesn't do it justice - I can be picky & the brown in the image looked faded but the real thing is a perfect chocolate color. Nice material - not too thin and not too thick and I'm excited to wear it to work this week! Very flattering on those with curves- I'm 5"5' a 14/16 and the XL is absolutely perfect. I couldn't stop looking at it in the mirror - the price is unbelievable and I'm definitely getting it in at least 2 more colors!UPDATE 8/14/15: has become one of my favorite skirts and I also have it in magenta now (beautiful). decided to update my skirt pic because I have lost about 10 lbs since I bought it & now it looks even better on me! I will be buying more of these skirts...UPDATE 10/19/16: I now own this skirt in brown, black, charcoal grey and magenta and they are pretty much the only skirts I wear to work. great additions to my wardrobe - a year later and still no regrets!UPDATE 08/24/17: Still wearing these skirts on a regular basis - they have been through MANY machine washes and the colors are still as vibrant as the day I got them. I've never had to iron any of them and not one hole has appeared in the material or even a loose thread. I have added pics of me in the black & gray skirts - I've lost 40 more lbs in the last year so I'm giving away my XLs so I can order the skirts again in a smaller size. Can't imagine not having these in my closet...

I had such high hopes for these skirts based on the other reviews and I love them as much as I hoped to. I have ordered 9 of them now in different colors. They fit so nicely and feel so great on. I am 5'8", 200#, 34 waist, 45 hips. I ordered XL and L. The XL felt a tad bit too big for me although if you prefer a looser or more comfortable look I'd say get the XL. I prefer a more fitted look so I preferred the L. The black with red flowers and black are both XL. I'm going to keep them since L wasn't available and I do like them. All of the other colors are L. They do come below the knee about 2" if I have them on my hips. If I wear them high on my waist they are just at my knees. They ride up only a little bit while walking but not bad at all. Walking in them is really easy even with no slit.I love that they are so easy to put on and wear. No button, no slits, no zipper. They are easy to wash, I've already worn and washed some of the colors. I got some colors I wasn't sure about - mint and fuchsia but both colors look really good. These are definitely going to be my go-to work bottoms. They are easy to match with any tops and they look very professional and put together but they feel as good as pajamas. All of the colors I bought have been very flattering and slimming. They manage to hug your curves but not cling and they really look and feel great on.I love these skirts and I think I have 12 of them now.

This is my first pencil skirt purchase and I cannot wait to purchase more! Looks great. Feels great. Good fabric, thicker than expected, which was a a pleasant surprise (hides more lumps and bumps ;-))! Doesn't ride up when I sit. Plan to order this in other colors. Definitely worth the price. (Haven't washed it yet though.)

Nice quality skirt for the price. It looks and fits as pictured. Thick enough that it does not require a slip. It's very soft but retains its shape well. I purchased the Large (for reference, I'm currently US size 10/12; 5'5; 175lbs). It is rather form fitting, so if you want a looser fit go up a size. Fabric does feel like it could snag or pill easily so that's the only reason it's not 5 stars.

Really nice pencil skirt that pairs well with a tucked in shirt. The material is opaque so I don't have to wear a slip under it, which is nice. For sizing purposes, I am 5'1", 105 and ordered a small. Everything fits perfect except as you can see it is a little long on me. But I'm hobbit short so that is to be expected and is not the fault of the skirt! It is very professional looking and very well made. I was skeptical as it was really inexpensive but that just goes to show that you don't have to spend a million bucks to feel like a million bucks as I feel very nice in this skirt! Will be buying a couple more of them as you can never have too many go to work skirts!Edit: I already reviewed this in black but am adding photos of the grey one I just ordered as I loved the black skirt so much I had to have another one! You can throw a black blazer on with the grey shirt and go from the office to the courtroom and look perfectly appropriate in either setting. As a lawyer that's exactly the kind of outfit I'm looking for. I love these skirts. Will be buying many more!!

I am 5'4" and weigh approx. 175 lbs. I normally wear a size 12 or 14 in pants, so I got this skirt in a large, and it fit perfectly. I love the way it hugs my curves and it fits below the knee perfectly. The colors are pretty as well. I plan to buy more skirts from this same company.

Delivery was relatively prompt considering it came from the USA during a pandemic. Disappointed in this item though. I expected different, thicker, more business like material. I guess you get what you pay for but the item doesn't look at all the way it looks online. The material is very thin almost t-shirt like and even though I ordered the skirt in black I will still need to wear a 2nd layer like an underskirt or some black leggings underneath it so you can't see through it. As this was supposed to be comfortable business wear I was expecting it to definitely be a little thicker and better quality material. I was planning on getting this skirt in different colours if I liked this one but now I won't.

This skirt is transparent, and the material is very low quality; not even as thick as most T-shirts. Disappointed and won't buy again.

This is more of a tube with straight lines than something hip skimming. Good enough, but not quite as sleek and formal as I hoped. Looks more tshirt like.

The length is good. The color is a bit dingy looking, and the quality is not the best. Its a bit transparent,so you'll have to wear something underneath it.
