I compared by tasting the Redmond Sea Salt to a high-quality impoted sea salt I've used for years and...the Redmond came out on top with a deliciously clean mouthfeel! The easy-to-use 10 ounce shaker is perfect for my cooking needs and I am so glad I made the switch. The grain size (fine) is so nice and there's no clumping. A nearly perfect product!

I hope it's the real thing, as half of the round protective cover was already open. Besides, the blue plastic lid does not fully close because it comes with a gap around the only opening, and also it does not have the little holes every sallt container has. Weird packaging, really.
