For those of you, who have troubles swallowing large pills, you might want to avoid taking these. I purchased this solely on price and reviews and I'll be sticking with it. Started taking Vit D3 last year to help with depression. Felt positive results from the other brands, but feeling even better with this one. I didn't realize this when ordering but learned after that coconut oil can also help with mood/depression. So I'm not sure if that's why I'm liking this brand so much more (past brands were straight D3, no coco oil)...but it's working and I'm grateful.
