Simple to use and great quality. I have elderly relatives who find using electronic devices confusing and don't use mobile phones, emails or social media. Once the videos are uploaded all they need do is open the device like any greeting card and they are instantly viewed. I have also used one to record reassuring video messages and reminders for my Mum who suffers from dementia. She can view the messages whenever she becomes anxious about forgetting something. It has had amazing results and never leaves her side

I like this product, and it worked reliably for me, all photos and videos played well, no glitches. The only thing I struggled with - the color of the pictures/videos appears wrong, quite pale, washed out, blue-ish, much cooler color temperature than it is on my PC screen. Had to modify photos (make them abnormally bright and "warm") to compensate for this product's screen performance and make the pictures look as they are supposed to. Not sure if it's something wrong with the piece that I have, or it's the problem with the frame in general.

Absolutely the perfect gift! My parents are technically challenged and having a WiFi photo frame wasn’t going to cut it. That and I had this great video of my parents dancing not knowing I was filming. Sadly they are in their 90s and my dad isn’t doing well and this will comfort my mother on the lonely days ahead. My husband didn’t have any problems downloading except since the video was vertical he had to resize it. He is a video editor so definitely knew what he was doing. If you have a horizontal video it should be simple. This is such an amazing idea/gift! Quality is great, sound is spot on and super easy to use.

Ce support est parfait pour envoyer des films aux personnes agées ou aux personnes qui n'ont pas la possibilité de voir des videos à partir d'un téléphone ou d'une télé. On peut stocker par mal de films. On peut acheter un adaptateur usb pour recharcher avec le cable usb. Utilisé pour envoyer à notre arrière grand mère les films de son petit-fils qui n'habite pas la même région. Super top.

Easy to use, the chord it came with didn’t work. I suggest you add each video individually because you can’t rewind, fast forward or pause. Sound is clear and great set up with a TON of space. I think our video was an hour long!

Ha dejado de funcionar al cargarle un apr de videos correctamente. La pantalla no es ípsilons, su contraste es de baja calidad. le sobra el logo. Las pegatinas deberían venir con software. Deberían hacer un escalado de precio según pedido y número de unidades
