Using this product for a month now. Treadmill is working fine and meets our expectations. Very sturdy and comfortable. Delivery was on time. overall a good product must buy without any second thought. Noise is not much. smooth ana very much comfortable. loved everything about this product. Installation was very easy.

I am a pediatrician. Had purchased this product for personal use. It is a fantastic machine. Very easy to install and assemble. I had done it myself with one of my friends helping a little bit. It occupies a very little space in your home. Easy to clean underneath. BUT ABOVE ALL THESE: My treadmill's motor failed after 12 months. I was in doubt whether the company would give me another one or not. But to my surprise (and opposite to my online experiences on Ebay) the company had sent me a new motor. We fitted it and now the machine works as before. Truly, I did not expect it. But they followed their policy and fulfilled their promise for 3years' warranty for motor. I will suggest this product to everyone wholeheartedly. You may get the products with few more fancy features, But I am sure you will not get the people like this. TDM99s is a reasonably powerful machine at this range, but most importantly it supports upto 110 kg which will be enough for 80kg person to run. The frame is sturdy though minimal in appearance. The best part is that it fits within 2*2 feet. I considered brands like Durafit, Fitkit and Rpm, but decided to go with Powermax just because they had physical stores in Bangalore . I had to get their service on first day itself since there was a small noise which turned out to be a loose nut. I sent an email at 3:30 pm on Saturday and the engineer was at my doorstep at 5:30 pm. It was unbelievable and strengthened my belief in the brand. Performance is butter smooth since 2 weeks. Length is enough for 173cm height. Basic tracking and programs available. If I have to point out any flaw, it is lack of pause button as stop/start will reset tracking. Overall, 99s is a very good alternative to tdm97 and tdm98 if looking for 110kg support

Disgusting service from powermax. I wasn't at home and somehow the childlock plug was put off by my parents..and it stopped working. The service guys charged Rs1500 for just plugging it back into the right place. Not recommended at all.. if your products goes in the hands of service guys , you're at their mercy.

I must say I was very nervous about buying a product like this online without seeing it in person. But no issue here. After I took it out of the box I was pleasantly surprised to see the built quality and the size of the treadmill. I was running on the treadmill in less than 30 minutes after receiving it. Both me and my wife use the treadmill daily and love it!! It is built solid, and the programs provide us with a different workout each time, helping to eliminate boredom. Perfect size because it is so compact. I must say please go it..this is the best product. The followup of the company guys are awesome. Bottom line......great product for the price!!!

I have been using this product for more than a week. It is a very good product at this price and it is not very noisy. You can install by yourself and easy to maintain.

it’s been more than a month & i have found the treadmill to be working well. it has a decent speed and fits in a small place as well. Would have loved to have an auto incline at this price though, the manual inclined at times gets misaligned and i felt by default it stays in incline & had to put exercise mats under the rear end to bring it to a balanced alignment with the front. Assembling was relatively easy if you follow the instruction, i got the treadmill on 1st floor with the help of my family and installed it there.
