HardwareX supply 2" Nylon Sealed Garage Door Rollers, 6200ZZ High Performance Ball Bearing (12 Pack, 4" Stem)

The shafts are a little longer and slighter narrower than my original rollers, but worked just fine. Got them the next day as promised. The box was put in a bag and did not hold up too well, 2 fell out but all 12 survived just fine since the bag had no rips or holes. So not going to knock off any stars. Easy to install and I did all 12 in our less than an hour with a cordless drill. Much smoother than before and any noise I still have I blame on the chain drive opener.

These rollers are a fantastic quality and solid looking in appearance. I like that the bearings are sealed so no dust or oil can get in. The 4" stem is a solid metal. The 2" rollers spin very smooth. Very easy installation process in replacing 24 rollers. . Do your research on Youtube for guidelines on how to SAFELY install the rollers. I will buy these again and I recommended these rollers to family and friends.

I received the package LATE (becoming an Amazon normal) and the package was open damaged box. Installation was quick and the rollers did a great job reducing noises and more smooth operation. They seem to be good quality product replacing the originals that sure were 30 plus years. I don’t know if the rollers were originals or not since the box was definitely damaged and had been opened before. The delay from Amazon in delivering really leaves much to be desired.

My garage door stopped making so much noise. Rolls smoothly and works well. It was easy to replace with old ones.

Easy change out, nice and quiet.

So far so good after a couple mow worth of use on a 16ft garage door. Couple of things to remember (If doing this yourself). DO NOT ATTEMPT UNLESS YOU ARE MECHANICALLY INCLINED AND I AM IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HURT YOURSELF! Have the garage door down, take your time and replace from the top down. While the door is down DO NOT!!!!! release the bottom hinge/roller with the door down, this is attached to the tension cable for the spring and you can get seriously hurt! Once you replace the upper rollers (All but bottom), then you can put the door all the way up and change one cable roller/hinge at a time. Be careful to ensure the cable stays aligned on the cable pulley when you re-attach the hinge. Thats it! Get some good garage door lube to keep everything running smooth and you are good to go for years to come. Oh and if you did this yourself, you likely save north of $125 for a service call, go buy your favorite adult beverage and celebrate your great work :-)

These nylon rollers are so quiet compared to the old steel rollers I highly recommend switching your old rollers to these new ones.
