Oops! One thread color omitted!
Twenty-three colors of thread were indicated;Only twenty-two colors on the pre-separated card. So much hassle to return; I have decided I can determine which color is missing and will buy that thread. I have been pleased with other kits from this same supplier.

Disappointing!
This was so small it was impossible to complete. I had never seen a cross stick here with such tiny X’s. I bought this to teach my daughter cross stitch during our COVID time in quarantine. Needless to say, I had to get her a different project.

Very unhappy with this product
Terrible product. Directions not very clear and extremely hard to follow. Quality of item not very good and I would normally return it and get a credit but as a senior I can’t bring the item to a UPS drop off etc since I’m quarantined. I tried to get in touch with Amazon but having trouble trying to email them

Poor quality
Not a good quality product. The fabric is as stiff as a piece of metal, the printed pattern is extremely difficult to follow. Instead of having fun doing the cross stitch, it is almost a mission impossible. Instructions are unclear.

Working on project now. DMC floss. Very organized. Printed well and clearly marked. Very impressive kit.
