I liked the detail of the product itself. Amazing articulation! Vibrant colors and even the weapons she came w/ were great in detail. I really like the fact that this line comes w/ the effect that shoots frm the weapons! I wish Hasbro would put this much effort into a few different lines

Lovely detailing. Exact likeness. As a big Zarya fan, I love this figure. Goes perfectly with my Tracer and Mercy figures.

I haven't actually bought an action figure in years, but the articulation and detail on this Zarya are great. As a potato, however, this is unsuitable and I'm pretty sure it's inedible.

Just from a visual standpoint, this figure is fantastic. Easily one of the best looking hasbro OW figure. The quality and the likeness of the actual character is spot on. The laser gun is decently made and the energy affect is pretty cool. The things I don’t like about it is the same with literally every other OW figure. They cannot hold their guns! You have to force the pieces into place for them to hold it. With her, it’s especially difficult because of the skinny handle that could very easily break of pushed too hard. I have to have her hand upside down and balance the handle on her hand for it to stay up. Also the legs are very hard to move and do not bend easy. Other than those two problems, great figure.

Perfect in everyway. Probably the best among the Hasbro Overwatch figures that have been released so far. Definitely recommended.

The character looks extremely authentic and is very difficult to find a pose it can't do because of the character's legs being so wide and the articulation being almost perfect. Extra hands are nice, but could've used some better posed ones. Only negative is that the particle cannon is missing some detail, and the back of the figure is not as nicely painted. But for display you really can't go wrong as the face is really well done.

The Overwatch Ultimates line, right off the bat, has some issues with consistency. I now own Zarya, and I also have their Pharah and Mercy dual pack, and I've noticed quite a few issues with painting quality. Pharah didn't have her chin strap painted, and one of Zarya's knees is missing the red paint on it, as well as areas on her hands that should be painted, aren't. Joints for these lines are usually hit or miss as well- Some feel a little too loose, some feel way too stiff, and some are fine. For Zarya, all her arm joints feel good, her chest articulation was a bit loose, and her knees were so stiff I was afraid to bend them out of fear of breaking something. I also really wish it had a stand, but from what I understand, only Pharah from the dualpack comes with one, which is a shame. It's not at all completely doom and gloom, though! The figure itself does have great articulation, even if some of the joints feel strange. The hands pop in and out pretty easily, but not so easily that you're afraid of them falling out. The doll stands steady by itself, even with the gun and beam attached, and the hands grip it firmly so that I'm not afraid of it falling out. The detailing, when the paint is actually there, is also really good. The face especially is clean and crisp, which I appreciate on account of how small it is. Overall, I'm happy with it, even if I wish there was a little more quality control going on before they sent these out. I love Zarya and I love the figure, and I'm happy to have her up on my shelf.

I have wanted this figure since it was released and it has been worth the wait. This is definitely one of the best figures in the Overwatch line with a perfect likness to the ingame model. The figure is also really possable with great articulation in the arms and legs. The hands are also sculpted well so fitting the weapon into the figures hands is easy. The figure has no trouble standing on its own and it can still stand while holding the weapon. When the blast effect is attached to the weapon the figure has some difficulty standing but with a bit of adjustment it can hold a good firing pose. Definitely get this figure if you are a fan of Overwatch, fan of the character or are looking for the best figures in the Overwatch ultimates line. The product also arrived in good time and the packaging was in great condition.
