It’s great, but really big
Very comfortable, all the features and pockets are excellent, as is the build quality so far. It’s almost perfect…I’m an average size guy, 6’ tall 170 lbs. I cannot seem to get this thing small enough to properly fit. I don’t know how someone shorter than me would fit. Maybe every carpenter/framer is a barrel-chested behemoth? I know it has to accommodate a wide range of sizes, but it seems like the smallest it was meant for was someone like 6’2”, 190 lbs. I’ll keep seeing where I can tighten it up, but I’m definitely running out of things to try.

Suspenders are far from efficient.
I recently started a new job and had my eye on this tool belt for two reasons. It was under $100 and it already came with shoulder harness. This is the reason I’m only giving 3 stars because the shoulders straps do not work very well. The pocket on the shoulder strap barely fits my tiny lather man tool. Definitely too tiny for any smart phone from this decade. The tool belt itself is suffice enough with large pockets to carry everything in my needs. I install solar on roofs to be more elaborate. At this price it’s not that good of a deal for just an ok enough tool belt. Also the rear buckle attachments in the rear are not removable. This is a major issue considering that the buckles are only made of plastic therefore when they break the shoulder straps are totally out of equation for good. Not that they are very useful to start with. They fall off your shoulders every time you bend down to work on something. A simple sternum strap or chest strap as some call it would of helped here. I rigged my own one up with old string line. That kinda helped but still wasn’t the most comfortable fit. Best way I found to wear it was by crisscrossing the straps in the front before buckling them. Again still not the most comfortable but possibly tolerable for most people. You could probably build your own dickies belt for less if your not worried about the shoulder harness. For me that’s what I was most excited about. Hope this helps other people considering this purchase.

Takes the weight off
This tool belt is a great invention. It doesn't weigh down on the waist and dig into him like a belt does. It has many pockets and is very user friendly!

Don't bother
Not worth the money. The belt the bags hang on is super flimsy. The way the hangers are positioned makes the bags actually hang behind you which is beyond annoying. The seams of the bag are unraveling after 1 summer of deck framing. Wish I could have returned it but it was past the refund date. Not to mention there is no separate slots to hold a single tool so everything is just piled on top of each other in the bags which is super annoying because everything is just jumbled together.

Amazing tool bag
Holds everything perfectly! If it had a chest strap with a clip and a bigger pocket for a smart phone it would be even better! No complaints! Great bags!

Unimpressed
Almost immediately after buying this product it started to tear around the shoulder pads. I wore this product everyday at work for the last few weeks since I bought it. The belt was rugged and very uncomfortable, the adjustable straps for the shoulder pads to hoist the belt kept on loosening and was too much of a hassle to even wear. After getting rid of the shoulder straps the belt kept sliding off and was very, very inconvenient while working. I would highly recommend saving your money for a better quality rig.
