A great product. In spite of the rough handling by the courier company, the product reached safe at my place without a scratch. I saw how the courier guy was practically throwing the other stuffs to take this parcel out. It may only be because of ignorance or may be the quality of users. I am here to put everything on correct prospective.It is one of the most affordable massage chair in Indian market. However, its efficiency is only 50%.Pros,It does decent job on your back, neck, foot sole and calf muscles.It has good look.It is not very heavy on your pocket.Delivery was on promised date.Cons,It performs poorly on thigh muscles, side ribs, shoulder, upper arms and head. In a fact it barely touches or makes no contact with these parts of the body if you are an average Indian. It appears that the chair is designed for humans who are 6.5’ tall with 24” shoulder length and weighing 100 kg plus.Actually importers have no idea when they order. They only consider description given by the manufacturer and its price, without considering its efficacy in India.

I ordered this for my parents and despite not having any presence outside of their state, they were very helpful in answering any questions regarding the product over call. There was no way for them to send people for the installation however they were happy to pay for an electrician that my dad called over to help him with the setup.The product itself is very good and definitely serves the purpose.
