Really like them so far....easy to install on my boat. Very quiet motors as well.

Taller/longer than my old Mayfair pump, had to make adjustments
The pump works great but this was to replace a Mayfair pump that had a much lower profile. My Mayfair had the 90 degree elbow built in so it was closer to the livewell. With this Johnson I had to change the plumbing pipes to move it back a couple of inches. I increased the length of the drain hose and decreased the length of the hose to the rear external input. (It was nearly a perfect swap on the hoses.) The package did include the 90 degree elbow although the picture shows the straight pipe.My boat has VERY limited space (Ranger R72) at the bilge. With this Johnson I had to add shims to the board that covers the bilge, raised it about an inch. The performance of the pump on my week long fishing trip was just like the original Mayfair so no complaints there.

Worked first time and every time
I replaced my original 1982 live well pump with an Attwood 500gph pump and all new water lines. The pump didn't work even once. Not even after priming it. So I bought this product to replace the replacement. Easy install and it worked great right from the start. Finally no more filling my live well with a bucket! I didn't even have to prime the pump. I'm very happy with this product. Well worth the cost.

Buy it for the warranty
This pump needed to replace the original live well pump on my 1997 Lund. I like the replaceable cartridge motor idea but the 3 yr warranty vs 1 yr on everybody else's sealed the deal. Sounds quiet and pumps plenty of water. Hope it lasts as long as the original.

Fits well, Works Great !
1997 tracker boat deep v 16. Easy to install and like the 90 ftg. The ears on the removable cartridge sit under a lip so can’t remove without unscrewing the outside nut, Probably won’t ever have to tho and is no big deal. It fits and works Great !

This pump works ever time, right away.
Old atwood pump we had for our livewell wouldn't work consistently. We would have to shake, tap, and jiggle the hose so it would start sucking water. Eventually it wouldn't even work after all that. This pump works ever time, right away.
