Too much glue in the packaging
Not a bad model tree but it snapped trying to get it off the base it was glued to in the packaging. Too much strong glue holding it in place.

Dimensions are incorrect
Really unhappy that the dimensions were completely untrue and the object arrived far too small for purpose.Do not believe the dimensions detailed in the Product information 16 x 5.8 x 10 cm; 28 Grams.This is only 7cm tall!! Will be requesting a refund.

Misleading measurements
We thought the stated measuremts of 16,5.8, and 10 cms, meant the height was going to be 16 cms. Not at all.....it’s only 10 cms which is far too small for my needs. Whatever does the 16 cms refer to??Very disappointed.
