I love having a variety of fidget toys sitting on my desk and this one surprised me as being particularly satisfying to spin as it is heavy, spins a long time, and is silent. It gets a lot of use as I sit at my computer and give it a spin over and over again.

This will spin in place for about 4 minutes, but it feels even longer. (It spins on a disk on the bottom, like a fidget spinner.) I bought it for the mesmerizing, hypnotic spirals, but actually what I love most about it is the lovely quiet sound it makes at faster speeds, almost like the wind is purring. It’s lovely that the sound just gently fades to silence as it slows down — at slower spinning speeds it is silent. I have ADHD and this is surprisingly helpful at quieting my mind and helping me focus. It feels productive rather than distracting.

The description says 4" x 4" x 3" but as you can see from the picture I posted, it's just a bit bigger than a quarter. Aside from being disappointed about the size, it's really cool and fun to fidget with. It looks cool on my desk and it really is mesmerizing. Again, this would be so much better if it came in the size listed. I don't know if the seller sent me the wrong item or if they just exaggerated the size in the description on purpose. Either way, for ten bucks it's a neat little desk ornament.

It was really nice. It has a fascinating effect and can’t wait to put on my work desk! It can be a little distracting but we all need a little break. A bit smaller than expected but in the end perfect size! Buy now!!
