Initially Fun, but not much to do after that.
The toy is very cute. We received an octopus with an adorable face, pacifier and ombré finish. The drink syringe (redbull) was also super cute. The slime was amazing in color and fun to make. After 3 packs of glitter and embellishments, it was super pretty. But, I can’t say it’s worth 12 bucks. After making the slime there isn’t much enjoyment in injecting it only to squeeze back out repeatedly. The slime is rather loose and sticky. It left a mess everywhere, so you lose a little each time you touch it. Overall it’s cute to look at, fun to open and make, but no lasting enjoyment, unless you want to collect them all for a hundred bucks.

2 out of 3 the slime never materialized
My kids love these things but out of 3 that we purchased 2 of them the slime never materialized and just stayed a milky and watery substance. I contacted the company that makes them over the phone and they gave me a Activity # and requested I email them. I emailed information and pictures and 5 days later they responded with a canned response saying they would review the information and contact me if they had any questions. Its now been 13 days later and I have heard nothing. I expected they would send out replacement slime. By the time we receive the slime the toys will probably be lost or broken and the fun factor will have worn away. The picture I attached shows one of the good slimes next to one of the defective slimes that made side by side exactly the same way.

Cool Poop & Puke
The media could not be loaded. My daughter loves these surprise toys & the poopsies are absolutely adorable. The instructions are super easy with just as squirt in their mouth with their “soda” & it gives them the poops or the pukes. This is the first time she got one that puked & it was pretty amusing when the bat started piking slime that looked like blood. Who ever thought poop & puke would be so cool.

Cute
It was cute my 7yr old loved it, hers barfed it, when you open the package read directions instantly before doing anything, the slime seems watery but if you keep mixing it becomes the right consistency, I got this when Amazon had it on sale so it was a good buy. It was fun making it, only one doll comes in the can. But after u mix everything she can’t re barf it. It comes with a special bag to put the slime in. It was fun she loved it and the price didn’t break the bank. She was entertained for quite a bit. We also bought the poopsie make your own jewelry it was the perfect gift for my 7yr old slime loving kid.

LOVE these DOLLS BUT there are SOME PROBLEMS.....
Just like the last Poopsie Sparkly Critters Series 1, I am blown away by the creativity of these adorable characters! First, it is important to know these are mystery characters, so you basically DO NOT know what you are going to get. With that, that is part of the fun, the surprise. To an extent, more on that later. First the positive points. They are fun and relevant because they are not just one thing. They are different takes on many different types of characters, such as animals, sea creatures, as you usually expect, but also celestial beings such as clouds, stars, a glowing the dark moon, edibles like strawberries and my favorite a half peeled banana. They all have huge eyes and are very well made. My kids LOVE these dolls and play with them constantly. Especially with the coordinating smaller figures, Poopsie Tootsie Cuties. Now to some negatives. In the first Series1 the activity portion, the creation of slime inside the doll, worked. You would get some slime that would firm up a bit and it was fun stirring in the cool shimmering affects. The slime was generally very sticky and put in a very cute ziplock bag that is included, and in all honestly the slime was never really played with again. But, at least it was a fun activity. It is a gimmick, but it kinda worked with Series 1 BUT IN THIS SERIES 2 the slime as been defective on the majority of the ones I got. Meaning I would follow the instructions but the slime never slimed, it stayed like water. So it was totally unusable and every disappointing. The activity portion of this toy is the big selling point and after one or two failed attempts my kids lost all interest in trying anymore. So I was left trying to make slime by myself with these toys and it never really worked for us with these Series 2 characters. Another big issue with these these mystery dolls is what you get. Now, I best say, I LOVE Amazon so much! I had given up on real Customer Service but Amazon has restored my faith. They are the best and I buy on Amazon more than anywhere else. However, I do not know if this is a regional issue or what but I find I get the same 4-6 dolls from Amazon EVERYTIME I order. There are supposed to be many different choices and the same is true with the smaller version the Poopsie Tootsie Cuties. I buy a ton of these trying to get the whole collection and end up with 4 copies of 5 dolls. That just isn't fair. I hope it isn't a ploy by the manufacturer to make us keep buying. If so I am sure it will eventually blow up in their face. Maybe they only give certain ones to certain stores? I do not know, but it is very discouraging. The Poopsie toys are really amazing but they need to make them consistently work and something needs to be done with the distribution of all the dolls throughout all parts of the country and all stores, or this mom may just forget all these extremely lucrative mystery toys altogether!!!

Do you have watery slime? HERES THE FIX!
I got the bat one of these for my 4 year old and like many people here, ended up with watery slime that wouldn’t set. Here’s a simple fix to solidify it: sprinkle a little baking SODA on it after 10 minutes and mix it in. Mix with the wee shovel. You can keep kind of adding and mixing to get to the texture you like. Ours set up perfectly :) I think manufacturing left that out of the powder ingredients and that’s why it stayed watery. We love our little puking bat though!

Well made and lots of fun!
These are fun if you like to be surprised when you open blind bag toys. The critters are very very good quality, made of heavier plastic and are durable. My daughter plays with these in her dollhouse too so they are fun! They also have powder in their head once you remove pacificer and add water and it spits slime and you put it into a little ziploc baggie they give you. They are very fun! Would recommend! Kids ages are 4 and 6.
