This product has been my only calcium for years. I would stand by it, no matter what. I have severe leg aches with out a really good calcium suppliment, do not ever take a capsule for a calcium suppliment. Liquid is a must, I can tell immediately when I take it. My leg aches fade away and I don't even notice when. It's simply the best, it's great for skin and hair. I do also take one magnesium a day because I think it's just a tiny bit short to being exactly 50% of the amount of calcium delivered, but that's no big deal. If you need calcium, do not take tablets of any kind.... GO with the LIQUID! Hold your nose if you have too :-) It doesn't taste bad to my, You do have to shake it up.

Have used this product for years but was unavailable for a time - finding it on Amazon does my bones good! So important to add to bone density with this product and exercise.

The bottles were packaged well and arrived safely on my doorstep. I have been taking theIs supplement for several years to give my bones the minerals needed for them to stay strong. I like the taste.

I am getting to that age where I really need to make sure I am taking good care of my bones/joints or they will begin to deteriorate. I have been taking this for a couple of months and have noticed my nails are much stronger and my knees crack much less, so appears to be making a very noticeable difference! I did a lot of research before deciding on a calcium product as most are junk, and this one appears far superior to garbage sold over-the-counter in box stores.

Doesn't taste like raspberry cream but I mix it in OJ or water. Was taking 8 pills a day. The liquid is much easier to take.
