OUTSTANDING Service department
What attracted me to this bike is the unique design. Heavy strong square aluminum frame, rectangle recessed headlight, this bike Makes a statement.I plan on taking it on the road when I travel with the Motorcoach. Ideal for exploring campgrounds,beaches and nature trails. Being a senior citizen I find the fat tire bike Feels more secure on Gravel and trails. The pedal assist is Strong, smooth and seamless I feel like 14 years old again.What I don’t like is the narrow seat which I will change out no problem. The service team is outstanding, answering my request and concerns within hours. Their prices is great for a mid motorbike. Ordering this bike from Amazon prime gave me a Guaranteed delivery date...........Make sure it’s prime delivery.I’m looking forward to working with the Vtuvia team to do some accessory upgrades on my bike John B

Well engineered, well built, sturdy bike
When the bike was shipped the battery became loose in the package and impacted the bike in numerous areas causing cosmetic and some physical damage that I was able to correct. The battery itself was damaged (unusable). Over time I worked with the seller through Amazon to correct the problems without having to send the bike back.The bike is wonderful, it is powerful and a joy to ride. The bike is well-engineered and well-built. It should last for many years.If I needed another bike like this one I would buy it.Regards, Joe Westfall
