iFJF 6.7 fuel filters and oil filter

this kit comes with both the undercarriage and the engine bay diesel filters.........at a $31 bucks, thats a great value, most other brands are in the plus $100 dollar price. you can actually buy 3 kits for the price of one kit price of the WIX brand, they are solid filters, i have changed these out on my Ram diesel already 3 times, does not disappoint

I have seen alot of post were people are having issues with the no start, or it will start and then cut off and won't start again. And also about the o ring for the under hood filter being to small. Here's some advice on that. The oring that comes with it is actually for the spin on filter if yours requires that style on the 2013 ram 2500 it is not required. Also regarding the no start issue, I actually have had this problem. On the under hood filter if you don't see your ring, its because its stuffed into the filter itself, now if you don't remove it it effects the fitment and will actually cut off your flow causing the truck to stall. Make sure you take it out and you will find its the correct size replacment then install the filter. Iv bought these numerous times they run great on my deleted and tuned 6.7. I reccomend.

The product overall is good I’ve ordered many sets of these having a hot shot company. The cartridge fuel filter gave me a problem last time I changed it. Wouldn’t sit in all the way causing my truck to lose power. You could push it in and pull it right out. Bought one from a local parts store pushed it in and couldn’t pull it out unless you pry it out. All the other filters I had bought in the past have done me good. But there’s always that one bad batch.

The filters that I purchased on my last order are not the same as I purchased before. After my service guy installed them the truck would start and then shut off within a few seconds. He was smart enough to pull the filter off the engine and compare against the one he’d taken off. New one shorter and didn’t make contact with some sencer. Not trusting that the fuel/ water separator filter was correct he replaced both. I got charged for an hour labor because of the wrong filter and them needing to diagnose the problem. I’m not happy. Since the filters had fuel in them I can’t return.

Iyreplaced my old filter with this filter and the motor would not start. Or rather It would start and then stop after about 5 seconds after running. After looking at several different things, I put the old filter back in and everything runs perfectly. Apparently, this filter is not built to specs. It is not built well enough to hold the check valves open and giving an engine too much air. Avoid this product look elsewhere
