I’ve tried a number of hides for 5 female guinea pigs. This one is the only one to stand the test of time while the rest have been destroyed, eaten, or left unused.NOTES:* Price is unbeatable. Even simple cuddle cups cost more.* Quality stitching that has not frayed at all and is reversible! Can make the hidey last a few more days between washes.* Material is thick, doesn’t rip, isn’t chewable, and holds its form decent enough (better than average)* Has a good shape with a built in head rest.* Easy to clean. Poops don’t stick, and can easily be emptied out completely by reversing it.* Medium is perfect size for one female American guinea pig. The large is better suited for rabbits.* Pigs can sleep in it or on top of it. Has a relatively low profile.* Is one piece making it more durable and cleaner than two piece style hidies.* Comes with two loops for attaching to cage. It’s lightweight and easy for them to move.So overall it’s been the best. Not all pigs like hideys but this one gets the most use and is the easiest to maintain.
