DiversitechGG-1 Charles Gallo Drain Gun

This tool is really handy for clearing condensate lines, whether it be from a condensing boiler, air conditioning system, or refrigeration. I work in the commercial and industrial hvac field, and this is way easier than hauling around a tank of nitrogen or compressed air to clear a line. Residential techs would find this handy as well. Just make sure you buy the un-threaded CO2 cartridges and it works great. I've tried other brands and they do not work as well as this.

My washing machine mechanic told me about this as he was replacing the door gasket drain hose on my LG Front Loader. It would become clogged with pet hair and grit. So I was using an old mascara brush to clean it out. I managed to poke a hole in it, causing a leak.He showed me his Drain Clearing Gun and said this is what I should use. I got my laptop and ordered this one from Amazon, right on the spot!I have used it twice now, as the plugs don't happen with every load. It works perfectly and I am very pleased.

Very simple and easy to use. The pipes of our A/C used to clog often due to other issues. The company would charge us an insane amount just to come out and clear them with this. Decided to pick one up instead, with no idea what I was doing. Haven't needed to call them back since!

Used this and the associated cartridges to clean out a plugged ac condensate line in my attic. Using bleach didn't work. Used two cartridges to blow the line out. Worked well. Unable to find where condensate line emptied so couldn't use the shop vac trick on the outside nor on a sink tie in. Thus it was either this or hiring an ac guy. THIS WORKS!!

The plumber told me about it and worked like he said saved time and money!

Item will serve the purpose I bought it for but it is not the same as the picture in the product description. I bought this one thinking the connector would be all metal like the picture because I had the plastic one before and it breaks very fast. I need this for a job this week so I will keep it but you should really change that picture.

This product arrived in plastic original packaging but it had been opened before. When I tried it anyhow, the gun would not properly thread causing two cartridges to be wasted. I must return as the gun is defective. I purchased the Red Rock unthreaded cartridges and they say they work with all guns but something is very wrong. I'm now gluing my 3/4" Condensate line back together. This is a bad experience with Amazon sending an opened product and then the cartridges that do not work in this specific gun.

Item which was delivered was totally different that what in picture...and i have not expected this..

I try 3 times those cylinders never works ,Iam really unhappy with this products.

Doesn’t work. Automatically releases all the co2 from the cartridge
