Exceptional Purchase
I had been looking for this product to make low carb taco salad bowl shells for a very long time. I placed it on my wish list and kept it there for a long time afraid to purchase it fearing that it would not work. Finally, I decided to purchase the product to try it out. My only regret is that I did not purchase them sooner. These items were a game changer for our low-carb diet plan. We now have a great option to the same ole taco dinner. This pan set is a great product, easy to use, and completely non-stick. The price and quality are both spot on!

Perfect for waffle bowls
I have an ice cream store and we needed a new mold for our waffle bowls. This works perfectly! Super easy to clean

happy
Makes great taco salad shells. The bottoms tend to be slightly soft, but otherwise the shape is good.

Great results, just be sure to leave the pans in place around the tortilla briefly after baking.
These work just great for the burrito-size, regular or flavored flour tortillas from the supermarket. If you're new to using these pans, just spray the inside of one pan with cooking spray, carefully center a tortilla over the pan and ease it down/tuck it into the pan, and then spray the outside of another pan and nestle it in on top of the tortilla (so, six pans → three shells in a batch). You can check the edge of the tortilla around the pan for even spacing and reposition it as necessary by lifting and retucking it before baking for neatness for symmetry and neatness in the finished shell (don't try to drag the tortilla over without removing it from the pan first...the tortilla will tear right away or crack later during baking). A little bit of the tortilla's edge may stick out around the pan, but I have not had an exposed edge burn or discolor so far (at the recommended baking time and temperature). If you're tempted to trim the edge to match the pan, don't. The shell will separate at the edge and looked ragged after baking. Bake in a preheated regular or toaster oven at 350°F/175°C for about 9 minutes (set a digital timer...like toast, seconds = darkness), and you should have shells. If you like your shells darker or lighter in color, just adjust the baking time slightly, not the temperature. Also, be sure to leave the tortillas in the molds on a cooling rack for a couple of minutes after removing them from the oven. This is important because it lets follow-on cooking firm up the bottom of each shell and deflate any air bubbles that have risen in the tortilla during baking. A spoon can be used at the edge of the inner pan to help ease out the pan after baking and resting. Then either gently lift out or turn out the finished tortilla shell from the bottom pan. If multiple sets of shells are to be made, place the baked shells separately on a cooling rack. Let the shells cool completely before carefully stacking them, if necessary. The empty pans cool rather quickly after leaving the oven. A quick wipe of the pans with a clean paper towel between sets will get rid of any leftover cooking spray before you respray them each time. Don't have any cooking spray? No problem, just lightly coat the appropriate surfaces of the pans with shortening. Obviously, if you're making multiple batches, be sure to let the pans cool completely before wiping and reapplying shortening for each batch. Then just fill the shells and enjoy. Inexpensive, low-fat shells with lots of toasted flavor. Yum!

These are great! I could use them every day for every meal
I originally bought them to make tacos 🌮 and similar things but they are versatile. I start everything with a tortilla. Stuff it with eggs, sausage, potatoes and cheese and it's a great breakfast for teenage boys in a hurry. I used it to make a shepherds pie that my wife loved. There are a lot of options. I'm going to make a fruit cheesecake next. It's easy cleanup when you're done. I'm going to buy more to use for Thanksgiving.
