SAMSUNG Galaxy Watch Active (40mm), phone ,Black - US Version with Warranty (Renewed)

The watch by itself is amazing. I'm here to review the fact that it is a refurbished/renewed electronic. It was delivered super fast, it came in its original box, all accessories came in the box and were original (or at least that's what they looked like), looked and felt brand new, even came with protective plastic peel-off stickers. So far the unboxing experience was intact. Now the important thing; the watch. The only negative I could find is that it did not come with the peel-off stickers (but that's expected). Apart from that, it was in perfect shape. Mint condition. No scratches, bumps, dust, not a single sign of wear. Aesthetics 10/10. And after a few days of use I can confidently say the same for the internals, battery runs as advertised and all functionalities work just fine. I love it, it's an amazing extension for my phone (an iPhone) and a great fitness tracker. Gives me all notifications I need, helps me stay active (hence the name), looks modern and stylish... it is great. If you were hesitant to buy it, this is your call to do it. Even if it is a refurb to save a few bucks. You will love it too.

As far as battery life, I can't really answer that. I bought this for my son, and I have them turn in all their electronics at night, so the watch gets charged every other night. It is usually reading below 30% on the battery. I don't know how long that 30% would last, and during the day, the watch is almost always going off because of snap chat. I don't think the use of a smart watch battery on a 13 year old, would be the same as an adult. Easy to use, easy to set up, and a really great accessory for anyone but especially for a child. No longer are my texts being ignored or not seen. It's great for when they are at school and you just need to leave them a note like "you forgot your keys, they are ..... so you aren't locked out in 10 degree weather" and such. Great seller, delivery on time, and was everything that was expected.

I had this watch just for one or two weeks before it started acting up. It would not function correctly, as you see in This video. It started flickering flickering back and forth and would not respond to touch. I tried customer support but they were no help. So I requested a refund. Amazon NEVER sent me a QR code to return the watch! They did send me a refund, so I called Amazon to ask why I didn't get a QR code. The customer service rep told me that I didn't have to send it back. Then weeks later I got a notification from Amazon saying that if I didn't send it back, they would take the refund back and charge my card again. So I called Amazon again and was told that I definitely did not have to send the watch back. The watch is useless to me! I still have it, but it sits in a box useless because it's broken. So, this week I got a charge on my credit card for the watch! I couldn't believe it. I called Amazon again, and they told me that they would refund my credit card as soon as the charge was processed. They told me once again I don't need to send the broken watch back. But now the charge to my card is official, no longer pending, and so far I have not seen a refund. I'm so frustrated that I have had to make three phone calls to Amazon, begging for a QR code so that I could simply return this broken watch. And all three times I've been told I don't need to return the watch, and yet I have been charged again for it. I would absolutely love for an Amazon rep to try to help me with this issue!

This is my first smartwatch, and I'm not disappointed. For the price, I am pleased with the Galaxy Active, and I'm impressed with the capabilities of the device. It was easy to pair with my Galaxy 9 phone, and it's easy to share content between the two. I bought this watch refurbished - I've had good results with Amazon's Certified Refurbished products before, so, for $90, I was willing to give it a go. The watch arrived in a plain generic box, but was securely packaged and in excellent shape. The watch, charger, and strap were in absolute mint condition: no scratches, no marks. nothing. It charged up quickly and easily, and functioned just as it should. The only observation I will make (and the reason for the one-star deduction) is that two sizes of straps were supposed to be included, and only one was present. I got the small one and I really should be using the slightly larger one. This one barely fits my wrist. However, that's not a huge issue and it doesn't impact the functionality of the watch itself. All things considered, if you're looking for a good smartwatch at a good price, you've found it!

Love, love, love. I am part of a walking challenge and this watch is able to track my steps and much more so that I can do my check in… while staying ahead of the group.

The seller was amazing to work with! I ordered this for my husband. When we got it the face of the watch was coming off. I didn't want to return it, I wanted to exchange it for another. He worked with me on getting a replacement. He responded to all of my questions and concerns patiently and quickly. We got the replacement watch quickly as well. Lo pedí como un regalo para mi papá y cumplió mis expectativas totalmente, en excelente condición, lo único que pudiese notar es la duración de la batería pero al parecer es algo común en todas las reseñas que he visto, buena compra!

Llegó con un empaquetado muy cuidadoso, cable aparentemente original, no estoy seguro. Pero no tiene rayones y pareciera nuevo. La batería me dura un día
