I purchased the Glass Tea Infuser Cup with Strainer and Lid two weeks ago on Amazon and was so impressed with the quality of the product I immediately bought another one! Unfortunately, when I received the second Glass Tea Infuser Cup with Strainer and Lid I discovered that the Infuser had been broken during shipping. I reached out to Lezero via Amazon to let them know about the problem and to inquire if I should ship the entire product back or just the broken Infuser. Lezero quickly responded letting me know how very sorry they were for the inconvenience and to advise me that a replacement product was being sent. They did not require me to return anything to them. The media could not be loaded. Every thing I was looking for in a tea cup with infuser. High quality glass and design. Large capacity and very practical for everyday. I got one for home and another one for the office. Love it and highly recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. I really love this, but it’s not perfect. Tea leaves slip through, like a lot. Had to strain the tea after straining it. It’s extremely light and feels frail. Not sure if it will last but it’s cute and useful.

I love, love, love my tea cups. They are the best thing since sliced bread. Very simple to use makes making hot beverages easier and cost effective and efficient.

This is a great mug for making loose leaf teas, the strainer hits a nice balance between draining quickly and filtering everything - a few bits of leaf make it through, but not enough to notice when drinking or oversteep the tea if it sets for a few minutes. The lid is a great touch, for ease of transit and also as a place to put the strainer in between steeps.The one thing I noted is that the glass is a little thinner than I was expecting, it won't shatter with normal use or anything like that but it does feel delicate in the hand.

This cup is very thin and could easily break. This cup is not meant to be "manhandled". Some of the tea leaves ended up in the tea because holes were still not small enough. I love this cup but I know I have to be careful. if they had made it more thicker it would have been almost perfect.

I love the shape and design of this tea cup. It’s perfect for the single serving. So far it’s been very durable. Microwave safe. It’s very easy to clean and maintain. I love that the steeping lid doubles as a base that catches any drips from the inner tea basket when removed. I bought another recently to gift it.
