Butterfly Blue Line Junior Pan Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker, 3.5-Liter

it has been months I have been using this high pressure cooker. Be to honest, it is the best ever. I used to purchase China-made one, air-releasing all the time utill all water is gone. But this brand is well designed in appearance and function, way much better than China made. 10 min cooking time, it only realeased air once, food was well done. I guess Indian are very smart, smarter than Chinese. (I am not Indian)I am pretty much bothered when I read those reviews about loud air-releasing noise. I am sure that those persons have never learned about physics better go back high school and learn about physics. Of course, it makes loud noise, high pressure cooker, it is common sense.In every way , India made high pressure cooker is 100 times better than China-made high pressure cooker.

difficult to open or close the top lid, seems like the belt on the upper lid get stuck and grinds when trying to close or open the product, handle become loose because of the pressure use to open the lid.

Bottom of the pan is thik though Heating on medium flame food gets burn at Bottom.I didn't take pic but will handle gets burned on high flame ..every thing you cook gets burn. If you use enough water still food gets burn...not recommend.

cute & efficient; extra gasket was rotted

I have used pressure cookers for more than 20 years, and at often as 4 times a week and this pressure cookers steam release doesn't work like most. The pressure value releases the steam only once the pressure increases and not in a steady motion like most cookers. So when the steam releases every few minutes the sound frightens me; I will not use this pressure cooker, don't feel very safe using it.
