This book offers many recipes that I have been looking for and they were fav and easy. One of the best books out there.

This dim sum cookbook has recipes that are very simple and easy to follow; However, the whole book is in black and white which is a big disappointment.

Good recipes for beginners like me.

This *book* is simply a list of bare Dim Sum recipes that have required no skill whatsoever to put together by the *author*. I've already seen many of these or similar recipes on the net on free access websites, so if you're happy with simple lists that have no real description to make them attractive and/or exciting, and to give easy money to this *author* for practically no work at all, then go for it ... I, have more respect for Dim Sum cooking !!!

I was really impressed with this book, easy to follow recipes methods fully explained and some ingredient combinations I would never have thought to put together, can't wait to try them all. Highly recommended, Baz.

The recipes might be OK but if you're not familiar with these dishes then be warned that the pictures don't always match the recipe so you may be in for a surprise. Examples:(1) there's a picture of baked hotdog buns but the recipe is clearly for steamed hotdog buns(2) the recipe for egg rolls has a picture of dinner rolls (haha)(3) the recipe for steamed eggs (a savoury main dish) has a picture of steamed custard buns.
