This camera currently lists for $79 for a single camera on Ubuquiti's web store. $229 gets you a three pack, once they're back in stock of course. Seriously gouging...

Is this a pan and tilt camera?

Only in a manual sense. The housing does rotate, and the lens armature can tilt... But there are no motors. You must move the parts with your hand, physically. That being said, the lens offers a pretty wide filed of view, so you may not need panning at all, depending on your application.

Does it come with drop ceiling mount?

It comes with a surface mount that you can screw to a ceiling surface, but the official drop ceiling mount is a separate add-on product that is not yet available as of 9/25/2018. The G3 Flex Quick Start Guide (UVC-G3_Flex_QSG.pdf) has details on the planned mounting options.

Does the g3 flex indoor/outdoor poe camera come with injector if not which one is purchased and how much and where?

The G3 FLEX doesn't come with a POE injector, It is assumed that you will be connecting to an existing network that has an available network port that supports 802.3af POE. Injectors can be purchased directly from the Ubiquiti website, you will need both a power injector and converter if you are using a standard network switch that doesn't have either POE or 802.3af. My recommendation and the most cost-effective solution would be to purchase a completely new network switch and the run the cameras from that. The Unifi Switch 8 60W is a great starting point allowing connection of four cameras (or other POE devices) along with four standard non-POE ports for connection to an existing network.
