Great quality ink at a much better price than the original brand. Installed easily and my printer recognized it right away. The print quality is sharp, colors are clear, and no smudges or leaks so far. Definitely a reliable alternative for anyone who prints often.

So far so good but you should know that if you usually use HP printing ink, which I do, but you know with the economy, the way it is I figured I would try this other brand, but my printer wouldn’t even print until I used both the color and the black-and-white so just know you can’t Just use one. You have to use both by this brand or at least my HP printer would not print.

I am glad I found this ink for my Canon Printer. It is a good value. The cartridges were easy to install, although I had a little difficulty removing the protective caps. They print very well, and the color looks nice. I liked the User's Guide that showed how to replace the cartridges and clean them and improve print quality. It was especially helpful that a sticker was included for my printer with information on how to contact Value Toner's Customer Support, via phone, email or website. The cartridges seem very durable, and their website says the ink capacity is good. I also like that they come with a free return label to recycle the cartridges.

I bought both the re-manufactured HP 62 replacement color and black ink cartridge for my HP Office-jet 5740 printer last year. The printer accepted the black cartridge with no issue, but I had to reinsert the color cartridge 3 times before my printer recognized it. The color cartridge gave me problems and never did work These are certainly cheaper than the HP model! Fortunately each cartridge was less expensive than the HP cartridge version that prints 200 copies, so if they each give me more than 200 copies that's great! I am pleased with the black cartridge so far but very disappointed in the color cartridge - it never worked! I will buy the black cartridge only going forward!

Had this product for about a month. Initial install was great, worked fine at first. Ink quality was good. Then, out of nowhere after already using the printer that same morning, I received an error message and the color cartridge stopped working. Printer would no longer support the cartridge. I re-installed several times, did not work. I emailed the manufacturer from the contact information provided in the package. They were quick to get back to me. They instructed I follow their troubleshooting procedures. I had already done so but did it again a few more times and did not work. I emailed them back and explained. They replied quickly and issued a refund for my order.
