I have type 2 diabetes and have had lots of problems with neuropathy in my lower legs and feet. This product has helped immensely, especially combined with Alpha Lipoic Acid and Magnesium, (other supplements). Most of the neuropathy is GONE completely and has been within just a few days of beginning taking them. I DID NOT start all 3 at once...I began with the B Stress and noticed marked improvement, added the Lipoic Acid a week later and noted more improvement, then added the Magnesium after another week. That was approx. a week ago and I have had nearly NO neuropathy pain since.

A very good, effective Multi-B vitamin.I especially like the flush from the niacin.

Price is better then at the doctor office.

Easy to swallow capsules (although large) and easy to digest multivitamins. I did not experience any abdominal discomfort. Well packaged with an expiration date about 18 months from the time of purchase.
