Kwikset tech on Help line gave 100% wrong information
Was having difficulty understanding the instructions and called number given. When we got to the place I wasn't understanding, she gave exactly the opposite instructions to the printed instructions. I read what the instructions were saying and she said No, do such and such. So, I did, and it "locked" the mechanism and the key wouldn't work. Had to send replacement.Deadbolt knob seems flimsy.

Love this handle and the SmartKey system
this handle was a nice upgrade from the standard doorknob and deadbolt. The look of the home is greatly improved with such a simple addition that will take no more than 40 minutes to install. A simple upgrade for an elegant touch to your home. The SmartKey system is so nice and easy to rekey with your favorite key set.

Great quality - Easy install
Shipping was fast and install was very easy. Was able to reset the lock to match my existing key. That is such a great feature. Finish is top quality. Looks great!
