Zipato Z-Wave RGBW LED Light Bulb (RGBWE27ZW.US)

I bought mine used (presumably from the other reviewer that left 1 star) and had to unpair it before I was able to pair it. The pairing sequence is weird, you have to continuously tap on the bulb until it changes color. After its paired with your Z-Wave network it seems to do everything that is on the box. It has a decent amount of light output in the white/yellow range for warm lighting.The only complaint I have about it is the price, I wouldn't of bought this if there wasn't a used one available for 34 USD. There are much better WiFi bulbs on Amazon for 40 USD that do just the same as this bulb.

Shopping experience was great. They ensured the firmware version I was after. The bulb behaves as designed. As a generic z-wave RGBWW bulb used with Vera, the strobe/color change effects are not as attractive/pleasant as I had hoped. Perhaps with a Zipabox proper ... right now, it's just "look what can do" and an expensive bulb.

The light works great paired with my Nexia home automation. The only difficulty in setup was tapping the light correctly to engage the pairing process. However, a very minor issue. I've paired 3 lights, and they work perfectly.

terrible with general z-wave systems, hard to set up and control - might be ok with homogeneous Zipato system
