The lids are not good, one was broken on arrival and the other is not far behind based on the design of being held on by such a tiny sliver of plastic. While the cups say they fit into cup holders, this claim doesn’t hold true for smaller cup holders (I have a Prius and a sequoia, they fit ok in the sequoia, but don’t fit in the Prius at all)I love the heavy stainless steel, and the seamless interior which makes it very easy to clean.I love that there are no threads at the top of the cup where the lid goes on, but I’m also concerned with the lid just popping off while I’m drinking without any kind of screw on cap.Overall, it kept the coffee hot which was the important thing, but I would like to see the lid designed a bit better, broken right from the manufacturer does not leave me with much confidence

The only downside in my opinion is the lid on the 20oz tumbler. The opening from which you drink from isnt large enough so it makes it a little awkward to drink from because theres not much flow. Theres no pin hole on the opposite end of the lid so the fluid almost has to be sucked out when not using a straw. So I ordered a different lid with a different t design and have had no issues with it.

What can I say about this cup? This cup by far is one of the BEST cups I've ever had the pleasure of using, hands down! The suction is so air tight it's amazing. I put the lid on, closed the spout, flipped the cup upside down and it didn't leak one drop. I also filled the cup with ice and to my surprise 18-24 hours later I still had ice. For each cup I received a straight straw, curved straw and a brush to clean them out of any gunk buildup that may occur. The stainless steel straws makes for a colder drink. The texture of the cup makes for better handling. It doesn't slip out of the hand so easy like the traditional stainless steel cups. In closing of my review and my opinion, Zonegrace is better than my Yeti and the cost is much cheaper.. Purchasing this cup will NOT disappoint...

Mine had a piece of tape that seemed to be masking the powder coat. It peeled off just fine however.I bought this for the slidey top instead of a flip top. I've since come to the conclusion that I need to buy a Yeti top for it, as this just doesn't get clean, even putting it in the dishwasher. Too much crud gets under the slider, which does not come off the top. This is the main reason for 4 stars. But at this price, you're still ahead even if you buy a Yeti top.Performance is great, and seems to be very similar to a Yeti.

Nearly everything about these two tumblers is excellent. The only flaw is that the 20 ounce tumbler holds about 17 ounces of liquid, and the 30 ounce tumbler holds only 25 ounces. If you add another ounce to either, the liquid spews out when you put the lid on. Other than that, they are sturdy, attractive, and easy for me to clean because I can stick my whole hand inside to get to the bottom of them. They're well worth the money, even though they are smaller than advertised.

This brand, Gracezone, new to me, but was pleasantly surprised. Package contained 20 and 30 oz tumblers, together with two (one straight, one bent at top) stainless straws and brush for each (6 pieces plus cups/lids). Well packaged, arrived on time. Lid heavy plastic with adjustable straw/sip hole and rubber collar for good seal. You can't hold it upside down and shake it without some leakage, but pretty much spillproof. It keeps ice for 12 hours plus in AC house, and hot coffee for 6-8 hours. Needed to buy handle as 30oz too big around for my grip. Have had a couple of weeks only, but delighted so far. Will add later if problems develop.

These Zonegrace cups are amazing. Cold overnight and Hot for many hours then warm. My tea is never cold before I finish it. I decorate these cups for freinds, they make great gifts. Come packed in thier own boxes making them easy to wrap. These are my favorite. I bought other similar cups that did not work as well even though they looked exactly the same. They come in so many colors and are never scratched or damaged when they arrive. They also come with metal straws which normally cost a ton alone. My favorite insulated travel mugs. Doesn't spill if closed. Im a klutz, I spill. These are great!

I bought Yeti brand for everyone a few years back and several people have lost theirs. I wanted a cheaper replacement in case they just lose them again. These are very close. The colors are a little less appealing in person, but I did temperature tests. After 5 hours the Yeti had hot liquid at 141*F and this was at 140*F, which is close enough. I did buy a Yeti replacement lid because the one that comes with this does not have a removable slider and is therefore impossible to keep actually clean. I've heard people soak them in very hot water, which probably helps, but you can't scrub under there. Overall I'm very happy with the quality.
