I love this phone case but I can't use it when facetiming people because my phone overheats. If my phone is charging and I'm using it a lot it also overheats and slows down. I have an iPhone XR. It looks really cute hanging out of my back or side pocket though. Also, the edges of the case are kind of peeling back but it doesn't look that bad. The tail on the case has come off partially so I just hot glued it back in place which left hard plastic under which doesn't feel as soft/good as the original. I don't really care because it still looks cute, but it's not practical on a daily basis.

You get what you paid for. Is very cute and fashionable, very exact to the picture. However, the tail is attached with cheap glue and the overall phone case is cheap plastic. Definitely not the worst phone case in the world.

This honestly fell apart I ended up buying a glue gun and the poof ball for the tail is small So I’m definitely going to be making over this product to my needs

The quality wasn’t good, it was already Tearing off when I opened it and the tail part was also starting to rip after a few days, but I guess you get what you pay for

So disappointed with this phone case I got it for my daughter thinking it be soft and fluffy and durable I was very wrong. Just cheap nasty black hard plastic cards glued on fur all hanging off not nice at all waste of money very expensive for end product. Will not buy again
