I use this bag regularly for 2-3 day trips. It holds the right amount of clothes, and I still have space left over. It does meet carry-on requirements as set by the TSA and has fit on every plane type I've flown. I like the detachable longer shoulder strap (though I do wish it was more easily removed and attached). PROS: Shoulder strap included Velcro closure to secure other handles Multiple zippered sections (The side ones are rather spacious). Rubberized bottom to prevent sliding and provide support Durable fabric construction CONS: Shoulder strap can't be quickly attached/removed (takes some work!) UPDATE: 9/12/15: This is still a great bag. However, I JUST received my free luggage tag from the company. And it's for a completely different person. Better yet? There is NO way to contact the company online. Their website brings you to Amazon to shop. Period. So, get the bag. And if you order the free luggage tag (which is pretty nice, actually), hope and pray you get the tag that belongs to you. If not, you're outta luck... (Good thing it didn't cost me anything). Lost a star on the review just for the tag issue.

This is a fantastic carry on bag. Given the low price, I really wasn't expecting such a well made bag. I brought this bag on a flight to Florida in November, India in December and Dubai in January. It's stood up well and I really like the side pockets which hold a lot. The little mesh top is perfect for a zip lock baggie of liquids for TSA, which makes it easy to quickly pull out. I travel with asthma medications that take up space and this worked great as a carry on bag for my medications and essentials. It is still in good condition and has been all around the world with me. This is a great carry on and the light weight material holds up better than anticipated. You will get a lot of use from this bag. It's also easy to wipe clean. While in India, I actually took another flight on local airline and they have strict carry on requirements - this bag had no problem meeting the required size. Just don't stuff it too much and it can squeeze into nearly any size carry on that is allowed.

Only had the bag for 4 days, but it seems like a decent bag. I was very happy to see that the bag was smaller than it looked online. I'm mainly using this bag for day/weekend trips with my dogs so it's the perfect size to fit all their supplies and a couple of my items I may need. The material feels pretty durable and it was easy to hose down the inside of the bag after I got sand in it. The only thing I've put in the laptop slot are doggie bags and my Kindle, but it's decently padded and seems like it would securely hold most laptops as long as the bag is strapped over your shoulder. I like the way the bag holds it's shape even when empty, and I'm considering getting another one to hold my car wash supplies. What sold me on the bag was the lifetime warranty, so I'm docking one star for being required to leave a review within ten days of purchase to register. It feels a little rushed, and nowhere near enough time using the product to leave a decent review on Amazon. UPDATE 2/1/16 - The should strap buckle ripped off the bag when I picked it up one day. I emailed them to let them know and they shipped a new bag out to me. Keep your batch number handy, it comes with the bag and you use it to register your warranty.

Great bag. Fits everything I need for a weekend trip and has taken two beatings without showing it. Looks like a heavy duty bag that will last a long time. Straps aren't the most comfortable but they do have sturdy plastic fittings and not those metal ones that always break. The little pouch on the side is shallow, so I wouldn't trust putting a laptop in there, but it was fine for my iPad. The mesh pocket on top was good for holding my papers that I didn't want to lose or forget where I put them. Overall a nice bag that I'm happy with. Fits the Spirit airline carry on bag size also.

The photo of this bag makes it look as if you can store your laptop in a zipper compartment. But those pockets are too small. This is just a small gym bag with an outside sleeve to store laptop in, thus making theives' work a lot easier.

I just received the bag today, haven't actually used it. It appears to be well-constructed using high-quality materials and the zippers (a common failure point in such bags) look quite sturdy. I'm giving it four stars only because I haven't put it use, but I would have no problem recommending it to someone who is looking for a tote or carry-on.
