The product was described with an ealstic waist this isn't the case it has a shoe lace to tie up, the materials used to make it are very cheap and you can tell. When I've messaged seller I haven't had a response.

Not as much as the photo but I’m a size 12 and this just fitted round my wist line .

This product is HUGE (circumference-wise) and lovely, and I think it would be perfect under a dress with a long train (the purpose which I wanted it for). It would make any dress puff out with the necessary UMFPH you're bound to be looking for. I would say though, think about whether or not you will be wanting your train tied up by the end of the day or whether you'll be having it down all day. I will be securing mine up in the evening time (dance time) so this wasn't really right for the job in the end. Unfortunately the velcro waist band barely done up around me, when it was done up it made it quite uncomfortable. When it wasn't done up I had little flappy bits of material as a result. Honestly though, even at my size, it was easy to get on over my hips and, if I fully fell in love with this item, this problem is an easy fix (cut off the flappy bits) and I would've still be comfortable in it. I'm generally a size 18 so I wouldn't recommend anyone over size 16 ordering this unless you're willing to do the quick fix as I mentioned. All that said, I had absolutely no problem returning this item.

This is great, really gives my dress a fairytale shape. I'm about a size 10 and only 5ft tall and it fits fine. I think it would be OK if you were really slim but probably not if you were very large as Chinese made clothes tend to come up small. You can wear it higher or lower to alter the length and with a puffy dress probably wouldn't matter if it was a little short but maybe not if you're over 5'8. A bit of a squeeze through doorways - something to consider in photos.

I had to adapt it to fit but it arrived promptly and so fulfilled my requirements. Its very pretty and I'm sure the next person to wear it will be just as thrilled.
