Great all-purpose casserole dish. Treat it with love.
After I ordered this item and reading some reviews saying how easily it broke, I thought that I might have made a mistake. I received this dish and really liked the look of it and how substantial it felt. I've had nothing but great luck cooking many successful and enjoyable meals. Because it's ceramic, everything cooks evenly. Cleaning is so simple. Hot water and a tiny bit of dish soap makes it effortless. It's not Purex or Corningware, so treat it somewhat diligently. I have washed it in the dishwasher once, but nothing seems to sticks to it like some casserole dishes, so hand washing is fine. Highly recommended!

Great purchase
Nice looking and substantial, perfect for my needs. Great for lasagna and, I sure, for other baked casseroles. Good value for the money.

Lasted for 3 years!
I purchased this dish almost exactly 3 years ago, and was using it at least once a week. Recently I noticed it’s developing a crack, which was most likely my fault, I was hurrying up to soak the dish in water, without letting it cool first. That might be the reason. But overall I’m very satisfied with the product.

Still our favorite baking dish, but see update
I have used this baking dish for about two months. It is well-coated ceramic and quickly became our go-to pan for just about anything that can be cooked in a 13"x9". We have two other 13x9's (metal and clay) but prefer this one. I did buy a nylon knife to avoid scratching the surface, but I found with serving meat from this dish, I have to use a regular knife anyway. So far it has not scratched. I don't think it is meant to go under the broiler, but I would have to double-check that. The color is very pretty and it is rather heavy/substantial. We roasted veggies in it and it ended up with a lot of burnt matter stuck on. We think it was because coconut oil was used instead of our regular olive oil. My ingenious husband restored the pan's pristine appearance with a lot of scrubbing, using a mixture of laundry soap and tub cleaner gel when nothing else would work. I hand-washed then ran it through the dishwasher, as usual, and it seems fine again. It has been through the dishwasher (pre-rinsed) after each use and that works great. The handles are integral to the pan and are very useful and big enough to grab with an oven mitt. I slightly hesitate to recommend after only a short time of using it, but so far, so very good. Update December 2023: I still love this baking dish! I think I may have posted another review somewhere in the 1,125 now listed. As a summary of that one, after I wrote my original review, I thoughtlessly put tap water in the dish while it was baking in the oven. I can do that with my aluminum pan. The heat difference caused the pan to spiderweb-crack but not all the way through. This dish is a work horse! It lasted two more years with frequent usage until finally the internal cracks started to leak a little for a total usage of 4 years. Before I took the chance of something worse happening with food in it, I bought a replacement. The replacement is just as reliable and wonderful as the first! and hopefully I'll be more careful this time: put water in Before it goes in the oven. I definitely recommend this Krokori baking dish. Update September 2024: I've had the replacement exactly one year. I have tried to be very careful with this one, but it is cracking already. I'm taking one star off. I'm really questioning the long-term durability now.

Love this!
I love this dish so much! I’ve used it for lasagna and cottage pie most frequently, but soon I’ll be making a huge tiramisu and I’m excited to fill this baby up! So pretty and easy to clean.
