Yes, I believe you can fit a 1.5L bladder in there. It has its own space

Q: Can it fit iphone 7 plus in front pocket?

I have the iphone 7 and it fits in the front zipped pocket nicely. Tried the other half's iphone X and that too fits in the same pocket. Am not sure about the 7plus though.

Q: Can i use bottles with this?

Yes theres room in the front for 2 500ml bottles
