At 270 lbs & only 5'9", I have curves & rolls in places I'd rather not. I hoped this garment would make my man boobs a little less prominent & snug up my waist enough to wear some slightly smaller pants. GOOD NEWS? This garment did both of those things! BAD NEWS? The neck line sat low enough that the fat from my man boobs was squished up & over. So, it looked like I got rid of the moobs & replaced them with a fat necklace. If this garment had a higher neck, it probably would have been perfect. As it is, it will work best for people who don't have any fat on their chest. Sadly, I do not qualify.

While this is an excellent product for shaping and, in my case, hernia compression, it's got it's drawbacks;1. Do NOT use this product if you tend to have urgent #2 (cough, cough) events. It is impossibly to unlatch all 1,000 (exaggerating) clips in time. Garmet should really use the clips for sizing and add a Zipper to allow quick on-off access. Better Yet, continue the front access to the rear so garment doesn't have to be removed at all.2. I don't know what they used on the shoulder straps, but it's like sand paper. Garment is virtually unnoticeable when wearing (which is great), except the shoulder strap is so annoying that it's rarely more than 2 or 3 minutes before your trying to adjust them to remove the scratching. I even tried wearing the undershirt between the skin and shaper, with no luck; it might have extended the intervals to 5 minutes.With all of that said, though, I'd still recommend this product to others. Unlike other garments (as I said, I need something to compress an abdominal hernia), this is the only one I've found which covers the entire abdomen and can comfortably (with exceptions noted above) worn all day.

I'm 5'5" about 180 lbs, 37 in waist and I got a medium size, fits well. Not too tight, just fitted. I might try a small on my next purchase. I definitely recommend buying this product. The straps on the shoulders are sizable and it's crotchless which makes it easy to pee. Definitely would need to either undo the shoulder straps or the front hooks to take off. The front hooks are great as they can be adjusted three sizes prior to downsizing from a medium to a small. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend.

This product does work as it says, to a certain degree, like it sucks in my stomach so it looks flatter but I don't feel it making me stand up straighter, and the huge downsize is, if u need to go #2 u have to take off your shirts, so if u r wearing this while at work and u have to use the bathroom, u have to go in a stall and take your shirts off just to be able to take this off enough

I love this product. I need it in black as well. I wear this when I'm trying to fit into something that may be a little too snug; it helps contour my body more to give me a more slender look.

Bought this for post surgery Lipo compression, great compression garment . Only thing I disliked was there is no back opening, so if you have to use the restroom you have to undo the entire garment, in an emergency this can be bad! But overall I really like it!

I bought the HOOK version, without the zipper.The first one I bought was the XXL, because of the measurement chart on the product page. It was very comfortable, but if you are a chubby guy like me, you want a girdle to suck everything in. Even on the tightest hook setting, it DID NOT "suck" everything in enough.So, I bought another one, the XL size. I love the fit now. My only concern now is that the adjustable shoulders are a bit tight. I would suggest that the manufacturers add one or two more adjustable sizes on the shoulders.Thank you for this nice product.
