I bought this to cure boredom during quarantine 2020. The magnet pieces work really well and we enjoy playing chess and checkers. It was smaller than I thought I was going to be but it still good. Only bad thing is it was missing one chess piece (a pawn) so I substitute a checker for it.

Big value in a compact package! I recommend for boats, campers, cars. This has 5 games but with cards you can play many more. I also got a book of 52 card games to pair with it. All the pieces including the cards fit inside. You really can’t beat the value. I love that the pieces are magnetic.

This game board is good for traveling, however, I would not buy it for home use because of how small it is. The magnets work well, however, I think there were some extra magnets or magnets falling off of the checkers. The magnets are strong enough that they won’t move around in a vehicle. The pieces are plastic and relatively low quality, but okay for the price. The only thing I’m worried about is the magnets falling off, but I’m confident I can glue them back on, it’s just a hassle. The latch is also quite weak and prone to damage. The pieces can be easy to lose in a car and no spares are provided. All in all, for $15, I think it’s pretty decent, but not for everyday use.

Quiet happy for overall product, chess pieces are very distinctive, good magnet and board, checkers,i cards and dominos are also very good, the only problem is the backgammon, the pieces do not magnet to the board and the pieces are smaller than backgammon board. Disappointed to see a damage near the box latch. Otherwise, it is good for travel purpose and also a quick game at your patio/garden/park. Easy to carry, light weight, magnets are good. Board and pieces are not too big and too small. Quality is OK. I liked this product and hence ordered and impressed with the actual product too. Worth the amount you spend. Unfortunately, i received a damaged item.

This chess set is the perfect size to send to camp. It is lightweight and compact. The images are large and bolder than I was expecting. My son will also be able to play with his grandfather. It is fantastic how it is completely magnetic. I won’t have to worry about the pieces being lost. This will encourage the kids to problem solve since there is no electronics at camp. I am extremely pleased with this purchased. We have already had a couple rounds of chess and checkers to break it in.

For 20 bucks you get what you pay for, and for that alone I give it 5 stars. Quality is cheap, everything is simple molded plastic, but the magnets are functional. All pieces advertised were included with my kit (pictured) along with a small list of instructions for each of the included board games, and a number of card games. I got this for my girlfriend and I to play, and it's a lot more economic than buying each game separately. It packs up pretty easily and will be perfect for camping and road trips. I did a test round of chess (just against myself, don't judge) and everything functions fine, the magnets all work, the pieces are easily identifiable, and it only took me a minute to pack everything back up after. Personally, I'm going to hang onto all the provided baggies for the pieces and I would recommend it for anyone else using this kit. In the seller's video at the end they throw all the pieces loose in there and I personally feel that would be a nightmare to work with logistically. You have to flip the board upside down to play half the games and that's a good way to lose loose pieces. At the end of the day for 20 bucks you can't go wrong with this set. If you're not familiar with some of the games they do have instructions so it should be easy to get into it!
