I initially had problems with image files sporadically being written with static (pixel noise) or files not being recorded. The seller quickly and professionally exchanged my D5 Pro Dual Dash Cam for a new unit, and it worked perfectly.I found the D5 Pro Dual to be easy to install, and all the parts are of high quality. I appreciate that the connecting cables are more than ample length, too.Although buttons are small they are easy to operate on the cam, and after a little exploration of the menu it's easy to get going. The biggest seller for me was having both front and rear video recordings at a very reasonable price. The D5 Pro Dual has been operating flawlessly for about a month now, and I'm very happy with this purchase.Also, the videos are quite good even in low lighting, and the resolution of the front camera in particular makes it easy to read license plate numbers or smaller details.Highly recommended!

Easy to install but backup camera picture size/ monitor size is not big enough to see all the objects or spot the the line to stop the car.

Just arrived, it looks great!!First of all, the products material and quality is very reasonable comparing to the pricethe second thing, Installations is quite easy and does not take much time.It also, required an internal SD card. last but not least, the resolution is fairly good. All in all it's a good product with a good price.

I like the idea of a front and rear dash camera system. The cameras are relatively small and don't obscure your vision. It has no batteries to maintain or replace. The videos with the front camera are good quality. The rear camera videos are acceptable in the daytime. The cameras mount securely with the adhesive brackets.Here is the list of issues. ....1. The sound quit recording about 2 days after I got the cameras operating. Cannot get it to work after trying settings and rebooting the camera.2. I am not happy with the narrow field of vision of the camera. 140 degrees misses a lot of things close to the car. I previously had a 170 degree vision camera that I liked much better (it cost $39.99).3. The rear camera is almost useless at night. Very poor recording unless in a well lit area.4. The camera records videos that cannot be played. See the photos. The video list routinely shows odd looking icons that cannot be opened. I get an error message that it is "not a movie file".SUMMARY ....DON'T BUY THIS CAMERA. I went to a lot of work and trouble to install and run the cables through the car interior and rear hatch. I even bought a special tool kit to remove interior trim. I am disappointed in the cameras. I would return it but it is too much trouble to remove all the hardware and cabling. I will use it until it finally fails then buy a different one.

The main reason for the purchase was because it can withstand heat and cold. The menu and moving around the camera is pretty easy to do. So far the biggest drawback is it records using .MOV format. copying the files to my Android cell phone I ran across some problems playing the recordings. I've installed and tried various video playback apps and many of them stumble or can't play back at all files recorded using the 1520p resolution. 1080p works fine. This is my first day using it, as I discover more I'll update.

I was using a wired dash camera for my car. This is an upgrade and the quality is great. I like the recording feature and crash sensors. The only feedback is that the display could be bigger. The instructions are clear and perfect. Very happy.

The dashcam is small enough and it fits right behind the mirror so that it's stealth and does not show up in the car. The wires are long enough to hide behind the car interiors. One thing I liked is the clarity of the images and they are great in daylight and night as well.

Cant get the camera to loop record. Keeps stalling and have to reformat card when ever full. Half the recordings don't display. Menu not intuitive and hard to navigate. Have the Kingslim D4 on my other car and works great. Just ordered another Kingslim D4 and will be ripping this puppy out. Frustrating as it takes some time to install these but after continuous failures to record and corruptions of the sd card I'm just done with this thing. I don't even want money back, just a dashcam that records video.
