Workout Must - home gym fun. Good quality and helpful!
I would recommend it to anyone who has a home gym. This sturdy adjustable bench is what i was looking for, with 5 level of bench adjustments will help you do bench press, dumbbell press, shoulder press, inclined dumbbell exercises and it goes on.This is perfect for lazy bones and use it for home gyms.My height is 6 foot, it seems a little short, but it is not, it keeps my neck in tense, which is good. On top of that, it is easy to store too. My only concern is the padding. Most time, when you going to the gym many bench padding worn out. so I’m being very be careful with the padding. So far, We really like it. We are enjoying it with our workout routine.

Superb bench for any home gym!
Ordered Sunday and arrived Tuesday! Really easy to assemble and good instructions. Worthwhile getting a proper 16mm spanner to really tighten the nuts up. Once assembled it’s extremely sturdy and supportive. I’m 6’2 and is a good size for me. Very impressed.

Sturdy and good value for money
Great little bench for a home gym. Easy to put together and a variety of positions to facilitate all kinds of exercises. Did a lot of research before purchasing and this is great value for money. It’s a little higher than most gym benches meaning if you’re short (like me 5’4”) when seated you might have to use blocks underfoot or use the foot rest but considering the price that’s something I was willing to put up with. It’s heavy enough to feel robust but not too heavy that it’s awkward to move around on your own. Since lock down and not being able to go to the gym this has been a great bit if kit to have a home.

Super fast delivery and great product (warning for tall people)
Product was supposed to take around 3 weeks to be delivered but based on reviews it looked like it would be more like 7-8 days so I went and purchased it. It took 2 or 3 days and I had the product in my hands. Product was easy enough to assemble with clear instructions. Will probably take most people 20-40 . As the for the bench itself its sturdy and comfortable. I am 6ft and it does not always support all of my head but it doesn't bother me all that much but if you are taller then bear this in mind. Overall I am very impressed and happy.

Very good for its price
Taking in account its price this is a very good piece of equipment. The instructions are clear and well written (not the standard English translation from Chinese in some website) and the chair itself has fair material. Now, if you are one of those guys/girls who do bench presses of 45kg on each hand then I would definitely not use this chair as it does not seems sturdy enough to handle such pressure, but if you are like me who cannot do more than 25kg each hand then it is fine. I had in the past a £400 chair which I regrettably sold and there are some big differences on the material and thickness, which could easily handle 300 kg pressure. As I am not a strong guy the chair is perfect for me, so I give 5 stars according to my needs and the price.

Really good sturdy bench
I've been in and out of gyms for 38 years and have used many different benches, but this is the first time I've actually bought one of my own. I spent hours of research to try and find the best bench for me. One of the most common problems is that if you are 6' or over, backrest size and the general overall length of the bench could be a problem. Also, if you have long legs, you might struggle to get the leg extension/ leg curl to work properly or struggle to get your legs to fit under a preacher curl attachment. I'm a tad over 6' and this bench is a good size for me; the backrest supports my head in all positions (except 90 degrees) and is wide enough to give good support. [I've seen other benches with elasticated neck/ head roll pillows and so I've ordered one from Amazon to help my sore neck]. The seat is also generously sized compared to other benches and the overall feel and comfort is all good here with thick cushioning. Steel is sturdy and strong and the bench is stable. After having just returned a bench with leg attachments, that was just too small, I've elected to go for this bench and will use its comprehensive adjustments to do extensions/ curls; just remove the rollers (20 secs) and then adjust the front of the seat until you can hang your leg(s) over the rolled edge and swing them freely. Adjust backrest to suit you. Attach a resistance band to an anchor point low down behind you (you could wrap it around the bench's rear foot), and then attach the other end to your ankle cuff. When you've got the tensions and resistance just right, this exercise gives a really good range of movement, and the rolled seat edge nestles nicely into the backs of your knees. Perform leg curls by setting the seat front to desired height, attach the low anchored band, and lie down with knees just off the seat edge; again, the rolled seat edge cushions just above the knee and a good range of movement can be achieved. The seat is big enough for me to use one or both legs. After having tried allsorts, I reckon ths is the best way to do extensions/curls outside of a gym; the movement is smooth, controlled and complete, no rollers pressing against legs/ ankles, low inpact, and cost effective (set of bands and attachments £30 from Amazon). But most of all...soooo comfy using this bench. As my bench was just delivered today, I've only used it once and cannot give details on its longevity. The quality looks very good though and I have no reason to doubt its integrity.I just knocked 1 star off the assembly rating because the bolts that attach the backrest and seat were a little difficult to locate in the threaded holes and can be easily crossthreaded; just start by gently pressing in and turning anti-clockwise until you can hear and feel the bolt locate at the beginning of the thread, and then carefully turn. If you leave the bolts loose until they're all in, it will be easier to manoeuvre them in to right position. So as you've gathered, I'm a fussy and particular so and so, and I'm delighted to say that I love this bench and can defiitely recommend it to those like me, who are seeking to try and create their own home gym.
