The remote was easy to program and all features work perfectly including the volume control. Very happy with the purchase.

my old tv remote was partially functioning. checked on verizon and amazon for a suitable replacement;ended up purchasing this remote from amazon. it's easy to set up and works perfectly.

Ive had Verizon cable since 2017 and the remote is at least that old. My buttons stopped working and it took forever just to change channels. I had to use the tv remote for volume but everything else was on the cable remote. Ordered this remote and it even included batteries. Followed the programming instructions on back of remote! And voila! Everything works again!

Great remote. Instructions were not included this time. Luckily I saved the instructions from another recent purchase. I liked this remote so much I bought two! It took a week to deliver this item, even with "Prime." This resulted in 4 stars instead of 5. In all fairness, the fastest delivery date was established when I bought the remote and it arrived when promised. I guess I am spoiled by next day and two day delivery!

I spent litterally hours trying to get the first one they sent me working. After much frustration I finally decided the product was just deffective. Once I requested to return it, the company immediately processed a new order and immediately shipped a new remote control to me. I have the one that doesn't work ready to be returned but haven't gotten to UPS yet. I was tremendously impressed with their willingness to send me a new device before I even mailed the deffective one back. I followed the directions on the back of the second remote and had it programmed in a matter of seconds. I am so grateful for their great customer service. Thank you!! (I have one of the newer remotes with voice control but I prefer this older model.) Again THANKS!

I've now bought three of these and they all work very well. Set up was very simple.

Vendor shipped me a non working remote control. I returned the remote control to the vendor and the vendor and Amazon's A to Z guarantee will not refund my money. I know the remote control did not work because I had the same exact make and model remote which worked with my Verizon FIOS box but the one I received did not (I have two of the same Verizon FIOS boxes, previous remote broke after being dropped, new replacement remote received did not work). DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! DO NOT BELIEVE THE AMAZON A TO Z GUARNTEE MEANS ANYTHING, IT DOES NOT!

Easy to follow instructions to connect with my FiOS.. works great!
