True to size! I normally wear a size Med but i originally got the small thinking i could fit it but was wrong! I had To get the med but after a few wears, i am Now on the smallest notch. So i now Feel like i can fit the small. This is great to wear when working out! I get A great sweet especially if i use the sauna after a workout. I may end up needing to order a smaller size soon.

I love this waist trainer. It’s a corset and waist strap combined. I just had a baby a few months ago and my core is extremely weak. I needed something to help me feel secure while supporting my core. I bought a large which was tight when I first put it on, but it’s supposed to be. The more I wear it the better it fits but never gets uncomfortable. I try to wear it a few hours a day while doing things that require mindless core like dishes, vacuuming, laundry etc. I plan to use it when I am back at work to help with my posture. It is a thick material and can make you sweat, but machine washes easy. I did not dry in the dryer to help maintain the Velcro.

Algo q no me gustó de ella ha sido q la lave y se ha puesto algo raro las peguétas no agarran bien y me ha rayado al bebé, pero si la compran no la laven esa es mi recomendación

I was reading the reviews and people kept saying size up or size down but me being me I sized down I ordered a medium. I’m 4 months postpartum after a C-section I have a bit of a hang and I don’t like it. It holds everything in place well, very durable, it SNATCHED my waist fr and helps with posture as well. I’ve only had it for about 2-3 days and can already put it on the middle hooks!! At first it took me about a good 10 minutes to hook everything up and another 5 to zips it up. Today it hooked up with ease and no trouble zipping it up either! Tell summer 2025 I’m getting readyyyy!
