Great pool brush to get the job done.
We have just taken over for the service we had and needed a new brush after our old one started disintegrating in the pool. This brush came in a rather oversized box but the brush was perfectly protected and has slightly longer bristles than our previous brush. We just used it a couple of days ago and the bristles feel a little soft when using it but they are definitely effective in our marcite pool. It works exactly as one would want and expect a pool brush to work. It is actually a little lighter than the previous brush so it is a little easier to use as well but the lack of weight makes it feel like it is not in contact with the wall in the deeper portions of the pool. It is but you should to be aware of it if your previous brush was a bit heavier.I tend to question the "100% Lifetime Replacement Guarantee". Whose lifetime are we talking about? The life expectancy of the brush? Wouldn't it be better to specify the length of the expected lifetime of the brush? If it is my lifetime or the "lifetime" of the pool then we might be getting somewhere. The lifetime of CJ Lifestyle? If they agree to replace the brush free of charge in 5 or 10 years when it is 100% used up and again in another 5 to 10 years and so on then I will understand the brush to actually be a "lifetime".

... have been using the brush for three weeks and like it. I received it quickly after ordering
I have been using the brush for three weeks and like it. I received it quickly after ordering, as promised. The fact that it is metal from the pole receiver down and almost across the full width of the plastic that holds the bristles makes this very sturdy. Stopping the metal just short of the ends of the bristle plastic minimizes potential for scratching the pool. The metal backing is screwed firmly to the bristle plastic, which also seems very sturdy. The weakest link in the physical construction is the white plastic pins that snap into the holes in the pole when you slide the brush onto the pole end. Depending on how thin and sharp your pole metal is, these pins will eventually wear down and/or sheer off, which is what happened to my old brush made by another manufacturer. But, since the manufacturer warrants this brush for replacement on confirmed failure, I'm OK with not having used metal for these pins. The brush glides well thru the water and makes brushing the sides of the pool, as well as the seats and floor of the sauna area of the pool, very easy. I have no complaints.

Still going strong after 4 years
Purchased in Nov 2016 and it's now June 2020. I leave it outside in the Texas sun throughout the summer - it goes in the garage in the winter. Originally I was a little skeptical of the brush. My older ones always lost bristles and those wound up in the pool. This brush hasn't lost any bristles and is still very soft. I take off a star because it's almost too soft, meaning you have to do a bit of extra scrubbing. That was my main concern the first couple of times I used it but it has lasted and for that I'm very pleased. We have a pebbletec type of finish..I've seen multiple negative reviews. All I can say is my experience has been great. It's actually $8 less now than what I paid for it!

Loosing all Bristles after less than 7 month
The Pool Brush looks like it had Chemo-Therapy after less than 7 month with very light usage: All Bristles are falling out. Thankfully I noticed while it was on dry land so I didn't get any bristles into the pool/filter etc...Waited for seller to respond to request for replacement but no response.I think this is a case of you get what you pay for - I would stay clear of this brush!Should the seller every respond and send a replacement I will update again and will as provide a followup update about longevity of the replacement. For now: Stay clear (or the brush will clear itself)

Needs to have firmer bristles to ensure a proper cleaning.
The frame is solid and well made. The bristles however are not has firm as the other brush I have and therefore does not appear to clean as well. The bristles give so much when I push down near the bottom edge of the pool, the frame touches the pool floor. My older brush did not do that.If the bristles were firmer, I'd have rated this at least a four star or higher.

Very Nice Pool Brush
This heavy duty pool brush looks to be very well made. I've only used it a couple of times, and it seems to do a good job. I did find that when brushing vertical pool walls up and down it was a little awkward due to the handle angle, but this would be true with any other brush with the same style. When brushing the bottom of the pool it works great. This brush looks like it will be very durable, and with CJ Lifestyle's replacement policy if there are any problems it gives me confidence that this should last a long time. CJ Lifestyle also emailed pool maintenance and service tips that are very helpful - THANKS!

Somewhat disappointed
Just printed shipping label to return the brush after one week of use. The wishbone clip that holds the brush to the pole is not aligned and takes significant effort to install or to remove. Often, a needle nose pliers is required for install or removal from the pole. The brushed worked okay and no bristle was found in the pool or skimmer after thorough brushing. However, the head did come off twice. And, required one dive into the deep end to retrieve the wishbone clip. Also, the metal head that connects to the pole is at least 1/4 inch smaller than the inside diameter of the pole. This makes the brush rattle when the pole is fully extended.Given the numerous high praises, I would suggest the Seller (CJ Lifestyle) to conduct more frequent quality checks. My purchase was probably one of the few bad ones that slipped through the QA checks.

After 15 months, the bristles are still soft and do not fall out when brushing to pool.
I was skeptical about the Lifetime Guarantee when I bought this pool brush 15 months ago, but I decided to give it a try. None of the pool brushes I bought from popular brick-and-mortar stores lasted very long. The bristles would quickly become brittle and fall out whenever I brushed the pool This brush has been in the weather continuously for the past 15 months and it is holding up great. The bristles are still soft and do not fall out when I brush our vinyl lined saltwater pool. The frame is also holding up better than any other brush I have ever used; little to no deterioration.
