This is a great product for someone who is into Dungeons and Dragons or maybe wants to make their own little game to play. Comes with everything you need to get started.

This product exceeded my expectations. At first I was wary but decided to take a leap of faith with the Prime Day sales going on, and boy am I glad I did! Everything looks and feels like they were made of quality material. Even the box feels strong and sturdy enough to handle storage and transportation and the character stands is made just right so it can hold even regular printing paper. The dice might appear plain but they’re actually pretty nice too (dunno if it counts for anything, but they gave me plenty of good rolls during my last D&D session too). The dice tray is very convenient for travel as well since the corners are actually clippable so it can unclip and become a flat surface. Dry erase board and markers erase perfectly well. I’ll probably have to buy new markers soon, but the ones included are nice! The erasers at the top makes it easy to erase fine details and I might just keep one for future use. The hour glass lasts for one minute give or take, which is useful for me personally on the DM side of things when I want to time how long I’ll let a chaotic player go off the rails. Combine all these things included in the box plus the super useful digital downloads and it’s definitely easy to say that this will be very much worth your money.

I like this set the markers seem to almost dry out really fast though its a little har to explain maybe but they start to fade in darkness once about halfway through drawing a map the only other thing I wasnt thrilled about was the eraser included is glued together from what seems to be from and some felt like material and some of the layers of foam didn't glue properly so it was almost into pieces out of the box everything else is really well put together and work as intended i have small children that like to touch everything so i can see that ill have to be careful with the map board itself since I looks like it could rip into pieces fairly easy along the seams but I like that its a foldable gameboard instead of a sheet of vinyl or the like so it doesn't take forever to set up

I've used this a few times now for my D&D 5e sessions. The dice tray being able to fold flat is really nice, and it gives the polymer dice I use a good bounce without worry about escaping the tray. The grid is huge and the hinges seem sturdy so far. My only real complaint is the markers that are included are super cheap and garbage, but those aren't what I got this for, so it's OK.All-in-all it's a great little travel set for having a game board on the go with enough space to hold everything that comes in the box, along with more room for some small-medium size miniatures and a dice bag, but do yourself a favor and get a different set of dry/wet erase markers to use with it.

I've only been into D&D for the last couple of years, no veteran, but I'm starting to DM for a campaign for my brother and his friend, so this will really help me in order to keep track of player and enemy positions and will do well to map out locations for them. It's like a board game foldable well, board, large enough to map out anything I can think of at the moment. Easily erases. Overall I'm very happy with it, and the extra dice set will come in handy since I still don't have that collection of too many dice most fans have lmao.It's a great starter set for anyone looking to get into a home game of D&D. The center fold of the game board looks a little crinkled, but overall not an issue and the box it comes in is nice and transportable as well. I'm quite happy with the purchase!

I'm happy with the quality of the items. Everything is well made, and as a new DM, it's a great set of necessities that i've been lacking. The grid board is foldable, so it will eventually wear down at the crease, but the grid is positioned to line up with it just right, so it will still be usable! It's nothing profesional, but i'm sure my players will be happy I don't need a new sheet of grid paper every 10 minutes. Oh, and it's just light enough that the colors show up well, but not so light as blind me in the reflection. The grid is the main thing i'm excited over, but the sand timer, clips, and dice tray are good additions for the set. I didn't have them before, so i'm happy to try them out. Good Product :D

The stand-out components of this kit are the grid board and the digital exclusives. The board folds rather than rolls, so you don't need to worry about extended storage making it suck to play on, you can use 1/4 or 1/2 if that's all you need, and a large, it's easy to pick up and move (not an option for regular mats), and flat surface is not required.The digital extras are versatile and much cheaper than most miniatures.The rolling tray is small but not too small, and it holds up to metal dice just fine.The dice are nothing special, but they're not why anyone buy this kit. Consider them a very useable bonus.Overall fantastic value for the price. Would recommend as a startup kit, an addition to a collection, or a gift.

My husband DMs D&D 5e games and I got this for him for sessions. The amount of accessories it comes with makes it an incredible value. The timer will be very handy for our indecisive players, extra dice trays (especially the snap sided ones) are always welcome, there are never enough dice (hubby is a dice goblin), and the downloadable extras are a lot of fun. I was really impressed with how sturdy the board is, and hubby loves that it folds vs. rolling, so the amount of area you're using can be adjusted by how much you unfold it. Markers erase off of it easily, and I think with general carefulness it should hold up rather well. So far, we're going it 2 thumbs up.
