Very helpful for good sleep
It's lightweight, soft and completely comfortable; no bulk from mask or strap if you are a side sleeper. I struggle to sleep if there is very much light. These eye masks have become particularly helpful when the sun rises earlier. That is, it cuts out the light adequately, and it stays on my head all night. I slept like a baby with it on the entire night.
