I use these parchment sheets at least 5 times a week. They fit the interior of my baking sheets perfectly and never ever ever have food stick to them. Rather than having to scrub my baking sheets to release all baked-on food I can dispose of the paper and quickly wash my baking sheets with a hot soapy sponge. Done. Because of the silicone coating I'm unsure whether or not these can be recycled. That's the only drawback so far. I use these in the oven and in my air fryer basket. They are oven-safe to 450 degrees F.

The reason I rated 4 star is because of the size of the paper. The length was not measured to 16”. It was I think 1/2” shorter than advertised.

I love the firm package it comes in. I can keep it in the cabinet under the counter vertically to easily grab a sheet. And such a great price! Works very well too -- sometimes I just shake and resuse same sheet.

the size is perfect for my pans and makes it so much easier to use in my sirfryer or when i am baking. it is also packaged perfect.

The brand I bought before was no longer available, so I found these & in comparison these are thinner & had less coating, so they burned faster. If you hadn't experienced better you might not know these were of lesser quality. But overall it gets the job done for the cost, but I'll be trying another brand next time.

I really like this parchment. I store it as it comes. Flat, not trying to get the rolled sheets to stay put. 2sheets cover a large cookie sheet. Fantastic for baking.

A must have for my sister who makes 50+ dozen whoppie pies for Xmas gifts. The sheets are much easier to use than the rolls available at the grocery store.

I like this product. The paper is a little bit thinner than I am used to but it's nice not to have to cut and mess around with the curling issue from my previous parchment paper.
